We were informed 45 minutes before the noon scheduled appointment. The truck was in the driveway exactly at noon. After a walkthrough, the Roto-Rooter guy, James, gave me the pricing for the service and until he went into detail on what needed to be done I agreed on that price. The work provided was professional, speedy, and thorough. James went over the Warranty in detail. Everything feeding drains in the house works better.

I have had Harry Hayes Plumbing come out to my office. They arrived when they said they were going to and got everything taken care of. Fairly priced too.

I had no hot water in the kitchen sink and although it was a little pricey Bruce took care of it. Thanks Bruce. You are the best.

Condescending customer service by both Holly and Kyle. Absolutely unacceptable. No quote for the job before coming to the house, apparently new plumber told us, incorrectly, the quote was $300, and drywall repair (after he cut a huge hole) was included in the price. We told him to go ahead and do the job. He finished early and charged $267, and before leaving, said a drywall specialist would come by later today and fix what he had to tear out - that he would coordinate that. No such person came, and when we called back, Kyle's snarky comments after telling us it would cost $150 an hour plus material for the drywall repair were well, what did you think? it would be just free?.... no, not free, included in the price like we were told..?just wow.. absolute robbery and unprofessionalism from start to finish.

Aj and Mark came and did my septic tank, really professional people, down to earth and they know what they are doing. I hope these guys continue to work for Duck Duck because I will certainly use this company again.

I called David for an estimate on a cast iron drain replacement and he came out the next morning. The next day the work was done in 3 1/2 hours on the low side of his estimate. This guy is good.He was prompt, courteous, and he even swept up the floor afterwards. The interaction of the guys there was respectful and professional. It is obvious that David and his guys practice what they claim on their website. These are not just words to these men, they are a class example for the trade and one to be emulated. Need a plumber, call THEM.

I was having a drainage issue with my kitchen sink. McKendree's was the only company that said they could have someone out here within 15 minutes. Other companies I spoke with said I'd have to wait over the weekend into next week. The two guys that came out were here at the quoted time and solved the drainage problem within 40 minutes. Not only did they fix the problem, I was told what happened and how to prevent the same problem from happening again. The guy also showed me before he left that the sink was fully functional again and it worked even better than it did before the problem. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Great work for a fabulous price. Thanks for fixing my sink!

My drains have been backing up at least once a year for the last 19 years I’ve lived here. These gentlemen came to my house within about 15 minutes of calling and within less than an hour they had my drains running properly and told me what the issue was that constantly cost at old pipes of course and will be getting me a quote as to what needs to be done and the charge was very very reasonable. I’ve had others quote me and they were 234 times more than these people

I will be completely fair I have never used this company But this review is more for their employees especially the driver for truck number 5 that DAMN NEAR hit my car going down on beach Boulevard driving as reckless as they have especially with the rain tonight. I most certainly will not use them now. He needs to take some days off to take drivers ed courses.

Friendly guys that had the important parts perfected. The plumbing and fall where an inspectors easy pass then left it cleaner than it was. They totally respected my house.

If this is Christian Brothers Heating and Air, DBA Christian Brothers Construction Group, and you are considering them for air duct work. Don't.I am in the middle of renovating my house and have had dealt with many contractors - from foundation, to plumbing, to AC, to wood floor restoration, chimney work, landscapers, you name it - and this was by far my worst experience from start to finish.Hoping they will write me back to remedy the workmanship.

David Wilson was very articulate in his explanation of the service his company offers and very informational with the process of a professional pump out. His efforts are awesome. would like for David to be on my job all the time.

When our plumbing pipes clogged in the outside pipes, shutting down usage through the house late at night, I called Advantage Plumbing early morning. They immediately called back and were able to come by at 8am. Brendan and associate were wonderful and the house plumbing was working in less than 45 minutes, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
