Michael was prompt and very polite. Talked me through what he was doing and explained why he was doing it. He explained what potentially happened to cause my issue. Waited a full 15 minutes to make sure things were up and running again before he finished.

Jonathan was the technician that came out. He was prompt and we needed a tankless water heater installed ASAP. We had an Airbnb guest coming in a few hours and he was able to get the parts and get it all installed. Now we have so much hot water it is awesome! I always use high five plumbing.

I discovered my boiler had stopped working during the night. I called Bell in the morning and a technician arrived at my house within a few hours. After about 15 minutes Chris had diagnosed the problem and identified the solution. The work was completed within an hour and my heat was back up and running. Chris was extremely courteous, friendly, and patient. He answered all my questions and explained all the technical details at a level I could easily understand. Overall I was very impressed with his level of professionalism and competence and would certainly call Bell again when problems arise.

Pipe it Up has done two jobs now at our house. A major kitchen issue and piping repair for a sprinkler pipe. It's an older place but they were patient, professional and provided quality work.

While there seemed to be some confusion at the dispatch level, the service tech who came did a great job. We called around 11 Friday night with a problem with our main drain and were told the earliest they could do was between 2-6 Saturday afternoon. Saturday afternoon they called and said they were really backed up so it would be closer to 10 that night. We were pleasantly surprised when they called to say the tech was on his way a little before 6. And the dispatcher had no idea why we had received a call earlier to tell us about the delay. Once Kyle got to our house, he did a great job explaining what needed to be done and getting us back up and working.
