came to give free estimate , to replace old water softener and install reverse osmosis on the wooden base sink , simple job , took a picture and told me it will cost $2,000.00 plus , inform him can not afford his ridiculous price , Not professional attire and smell like he just pop a case of cigarettes , smell lingers in my house that i need to fumigate
