Andon and his helper are extremely professional and business minded tradesmen and Dimi is the glue that holds it all together. Found them on google and read their reviews and it was all true! Great price and expediency. When in doubt they deferred to me the owner over what seemed to me of small import but their attention to every detail rang true, even in the smallest of things. Good for them!! They became my go to plumber. I called Bell Home Solutions today for a service call on my furnace. They were able to come out when I needed them to. The initial call was great and Mario came out to check out my problem. He was extremely nice and helpful. He got our furnace running like it should be and cleaned everything. The price was very reasonable and in so glad I called Bell. Bruce was able to come out, on a Saturday evening no less, to fix two gas leaks that Xcel had identified. He got right to business: verified the leaks and then fixing him. He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call Bruce again for help!

5++ Star!!Excellent in every way! I had a number of things done (3 toilet replacements and whole house water hose replacements) and I could not be happier or more satisfied with A Better Plumber. There were 3 follow up services calls required (one for faulty toilet another for leaking hose etc) and this company never questioned my requests and the technicians were always positive and professional. In fact, Dillan W. came out twice and did most of the heavy work. I can say he is the hardest working service person I have ever had in my home. He was steady but worked hours and got all the work completed in one afternoon. Seth also was excellent assessing the faulty toilet. William, the supervisor returned my call promptly and was excellent.Technicians always arrived sometime during the 2 hour window and the company provides helpful text and email updates on when the tech will be arriving (beginning, middle or end of window) and when the tech is on his way.What makes this company stand out is how they handle 'problems' or follow up issues. It’s true what you’ve read about Royalty Plumbing and Leon. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, and a real deal plumber. I called Leon with leak from my tub going into my basement at about 6pm and he came out that same evening to assist ( yes, I caused the issue myself when I picked up the “upgrade your bathtub” hardware set from Home Depot and tried to install the whole thing myself with zero plumbing experience). After identifying and fixing the leak (it was a heavy downpour), he asked me to call him the next day to ensure it was no longer dripping from my soaked ceiling and insulation in the basement. He also came back to ensure everything was good to go after I noticed a slow drip and walked me through the steps he’d taken and showed me where the previous leak had been, identifying the tub overflow as leaking due to a cracked/old rubber seal. His services were thorough and affordable. There’s a huge comfort knowing that I’ve found in Leon a plumber I can trust for anything and everything plumbing related. He wore a mask the entire time and held the baby gate for me each time we went up and down the stairs to the basement. Being a great plumber was enough to get the issue fixed, but being an old school gentleman was a great bonus!

We hired Pipe It Up Plumbing to repair our sewer line. Not only did the come out the next day to fix it, they made sure the job was done right and on time. We had sourced a lot of companies to provide bids for our project - it was a BIG project - and Rashad and his company were by far the most responsive and professional team we encountered. Would HIGHLY recommend using them.

Plumbline quoted a new HVAC system to completely replace mine which had died. They were able to schedule installation for the next day. A large crew came the next day and carefully and professionally removed the old system and installed the new. Their attention to detail and quality exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Plumbline for any of your needs.

Isaiah was super kind, professional and efficient. Winter’s freeze busted the 3/4” copper pipe leading to the backflow that supports the sprinkler system.

Another plumber said he’d not touch the project for fear other sprinkler issues would arise.

Isaiah got right to work and wrapped up the job in less than an hour through a rain and hail burst. No leaks, no hassles, fixed right the first time. ($200)

I was prepared to buy the supplies and solder a new pipe on my own, but Isaiah’s help made it easier, quicker and I’m sure it will be a far more reliable repair than I would have done after spending $70.00 in supplies just to get started. Jimmy came out today and did an excellent job fixing our shower fixture problem! He discovered something that no other plumber has ever pointed out - that our entire house was using street pressure psi without any pressure regulator. He added a variable pressure regulator to our main water line which should help with our continual plumbing issues.

Positive experience. The owner himself (James) came and gave me a price for a new hotwater heater. Later that day, Ryan and Alex came and installed it. The work was carefully and thoroughly done. I got real plumbers -- not sales people. The price was reasonable. I am very happy with our new hot water heater. Will call them again next time I need plumbing help.

Came home on Saturday to find water in my basement. Called around to find all the big guys were booked and would take 2 days to get out to me. Called Drains r Us was told a window they would arrive in and would receive a call before they came. Was called at the exact time I was told and Arxh arrived quickly. He looked over everything and gave me a few options. He was though and friendly. Work was done and cleaned up. Also found that he offers a military discount and is a veteran himself. Great company that I will continue to use.

After a very stressful and disrespectful meeting with technician, found out the $500 service he diagnosed wasn’t the issue at all. Then had to pay the $200 service fee. Not professional, find another business with honest helpful technicians.

I met Wayne when he was working in my neighborhood. I took a card in case...and this week we needed a plumber. He was friendly and efficient - a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Wayne for both his work and his personality!
