I would recommend Green Plumbing Solutions and plan to call them for my next plumbing job. Our kitchen sink drain pipe broke all the way through. I spoke with James on a Friday and we set an appointment for the first thing on Monday. Ryan was at the front door promptly at 8am on Monday, unfortunately the job was bigger than anticipated so we rescheduled for the next day. James and Ryan both showed up, again promptly at 8am, and got through the job by 12:30. They laid down floor protection and did a good job cleaning up. They stuck to their estimate and were courteous and helpful to answer our questions throughout the process.

Would recommend James Riley/Green Plumbing in a heart beat! We came back from a vacation to find that our water heater not working, and it wasn't an easy fix that we could do ourselves. We called around town, no one was able to see us same day other than Applewood (who were ridiculously high priced, don't bother calling those guys, they gave us one option for repair and it was super/unreasonably high priced), but James was able to come by first thing the next morning and was awesome! He respectfully talked with us about our multiple options for repair, talked reasonably about pricing with each options so that we could make an appropriate decision for our budget, and timelines to get it taken care of and to ensure that we were up to code and that the work was done efficiently. He was very respectful of our home, was good to our dog and greeted our dog kindly whenever he was coming into our home, he was thorough in his work. I cannot say enough good things about James, his professionalism, and the work that he did. If you have a plumbing issue, do yourself a favor and start with calling James!

I wasn't really sure what to expect, having picked Green Plumbing by Yelping for plumbers in the Highlands Ranch area. Called to make an appointment, spoke to James, and very quickly had a date scheduled.

Ryan showed up as scheduled, went over the work I'd wanted done, looked into it, came up with an estimate and explained what he observed, what he recommended, and the estimated cost. These were all very reasonable, so I gave the go ahead - had a balky kitchen faucet and shut off valves and a house shutoff valve replaced. Ryan then proceeded to do the work and finished much faster than he thought he would ---- and then dropped the cost of repairs to reflect the fact that he needed less time than thought!

Everything about the entire process - from making the appointment, getting the work done, and the actual end results (over a week later) - was about as excellent as one could have hoped for.

Great experience. Prompt, courteous, gave a fair and upfront no-cost estimate (no expectation of being paid just to show up). Went through a couple of options for my supply line issue with no hard sell either way.

Very impressed with this service. We are first time homeowners and have been told to watch our for high priced and dishonest utilities companies but we had a great experience with this one. James showed up within 1 minute of the scheduled service time. Was courteous and professional. Fixed our issue as well as explained the problem. Positive experience. The owner himself (James) came and gave me a price for a new hotwater heater. Later that day, Ryan and Alex came and installed it. The work was carefully and thoroughly done. I got real plumbers -- not sales people. The price was reasonable. I am very happy with our new hot water heater. Will call them again next time I need plumbing help.

We needed a sewer line in the basement of a very old house replaced, got three bids and this was not only the best, but when finished, came in $20 UNDER the estimate. James was here promptly at the time scheduled and the job was done within the five hours he'd told us it would be. So far, it all seems to work fine. We'll call him for the next plumbing need.

Ryan is great! This company really cares about the customer. When I initially called a week ago even emergency appts were four days out, and I had a tub faucet that had a stream leak so I had to call another company that was able to come that day. Without doing anything at all they told me it was the cartridge and would cost me $680 to replace it. I felt like I was being taken advantage of as I do know that cartridges for my faucet cost on average $25 so I ordered it online. The new one didn't stop the leak so I tried Green Plumbing Solutions again and got to talk to Ryan. I explained to him what I had gone through with the other company but had originally wanted to use Green Plumbing and that I still had a major leak. It was Wednesday and I had to make an appt for Friday because they were booked solid but I wanted to use them so I was willing to wait. Ryan called me back and offered to stop by Thursday morning in between jobs to take a look and see if he could stop the leak so i wouldn't have to wait until Friday. Unfortunately it needed a different part that Ryan offered to pick up from a warehouse that was on his way from another job on Friday before my actual appt. Ryan went above and beyond to deliver awesome service! Leak is fixed and at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using Green Plumbing Solutions and Ryan for all my future plumbing needs. We just had a pipe burst in our house at 3:30 in the morning. I called hoping to get someone to at least tell us how to shut the water off and James was so helpful. We couldn't get anyone out but he saved us from flooding our crawl space and causing more damage just by walking us through how to turn off the water.

James was just out this morning to give us an estimate and I hired him on the spot. Very knowledgeable and really an honest small business owner. Very confident in his abilities 👍

After sketchy MasterRooter (my former plumber) found a block and break in my sewer line, I was being rushed by them to sign a contract for a $13,000 sewer line excavation and repair (first bid at $16k). They assured me that I would NOT find a better deal for the work. Luckily I wrote to a couple of other plumbers before I signed the contract and James from GPS got back to me. His initial bid for doing the same proposed work was $4k less than MasterRooter. Long story short, James came over and discovered that I didn't have an issue in the house-to-city sewer line (that was going to be $5,600 to fix) and the break in my sewer line was thick roots that MasterRooter barely tried to clear. I was being royally scammed! GPS showed up with modern, professional tools and explained everything logically and thoroughly. He saved me from wasting 10k on work that was unnecessary. James was awesome and came out on a Saturday to work and saved me from having my driveway and garage floor busted up. He was honest and trustworthy and the things he explained made sense.

We have used Green Plumbing Solutions twice now for various kitchen leaks. Talked to James both times and he got us set up same day. Ryan came out both times and definitely knows what he is doing! He not only fixed the issues but gave me information on how my reverse osmosis system works and helped me find the exact part I needed on Amazon. I have stored these guys number in my phone and will call them in a heartbeat for any future plumbing issues. Prices are very reasonable as well.

These guys saved me in a crisis situation, rearranging their appointments to fit me in, when they had no incentive to do so other than being good people. Work was done on time (same day, as promised), efficiently and within the estimate. Highly recommend them all around!

James was prompt, courteous, and effective at his job. He fixed my leaking valve and even took some extra time to improve what a previous poor plumber had done. He also went out of his way to educate me on proper maintenance. Not sure how his prices compare to others, but I'd gladly pay for his service again.

We recently had our main sewer line replaced by Green Plumbing Solutions and they were great to work with start to finish.

I had a couple companies come out to snake the drain and scope it and they recommended a replacement of old clay pipes connecting the house to the city main. Their bids were very high. A friend recommended Green to us and James came out and confirmed we needed to replace. His bid was much more reasonable, around 60-70% of the other quotes. They showed up on time, finished the work when they said they would and cleaned everything up. I'd definitely use them again and highly recommend.

James came to look at relocating my washer/dryer. He had good ideas on how we could install the pipes, vent it, etc. The problem is that he never emailed a quote, when I asked a status, he said he was busy but would email the quote. I never heard back, pisses me off, because I told him I’ve had three other plumbers do the same thing to me. I don’t recommend him; small or complicated jobs are not in his scope.

I would highly recommend this company. Ryan did an excellent job and James quoted a fair price and scheduled the work in great time. Again, use this company. They are professional and highly skilled.

We had two smelly drains: one in the kitchen and one in the shower. James came over on time, and he took a look at the problem and was able to diagnose it right away. James was patient in answering my questions, and he was very courteous and friendly.

He did the work quickly, and he had a person (an apprentice?) shadowing him. I listened to him explain everything. He was very knowledgeable as I listened to him explain things. He made sure that nothing was leaking after he finished his work. He even went out of his way to fix something on our faucet (which wasn't what he came in for).

A Class Act that doesn't rip people off! I have had a working relationship with the owner James at Green Plumbing Solutions for a long time and I can tell you that he is honest, professional and always fair with everyone he deals with. Unfortunately I have hired a lot of plumbers over the years with some miserable experiences. With James and his team I know I am going to be taken care of fairly. Don't take my word for it though, call him up for a free estimate and compare for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Had a leaky toilet and a faulty shower faucet. Ryan came in and fixed both. Did a great job. Reasonably priced. Gave me some advice on related toilet leak issues which I could then easily fix myself. I will definitely use these folks again!

Called James (apparently the company owner) to come over and give us an estimate when we found water leaking from a sewer line in our finished basement. He said we probably needed whole sewer line replaced from our downstairs bathroom to basement and it would be a 2 day job. He had to send his assistant back out a couple days later to scope the line and verify it needed replacing (and it does). Since it's apparently only a 2 man company he couldn't schedule 2 full days to spend at our house for a couple more weeks. We didn't mind waiting since he had such great online reviews. Well he was supposed to finally come out at 9am this morning to start repairs. I even had my husband call him Friday afternoon to verify he would be over Monday morning... and he said he'd be there. By 9 he hadn't shown up. He called my husband's cell but my husband missed the call. James left no message but my husband called him right back and he didn't answer. By 10 he had finally gotten in touch with him and James said he wasn't coming. Claimed his assistant quit over the weekend so now he wouldn't be able to come to our house until the 18th... 2 more weeks. Nope! Wouldn't be so upset if he had called us over the weekend to say he wasn't coming instead of waiting until the morning he was supposed to show up! I had made arrangements to take our 7 month old son to his grandma's for the day since I was told our plumbing repairs would be noisy and involve jack hammering. So I packed him all up and hauled him to his grandma's house before heading to work myself... all for nothing. We've lost 2 weeks so far and now we're just back to square one and have to find someone else to come out and replace the line. Not happy.

Outstanding company and crew. I received 3 bids and Green Plumbing Solutions was among the lowest prices. I chose them because of Jim's honest apprasial of the problem. His crew cleaned up the work area at the end of the day and even replaced the sod in an area damaged by the work. I would highly reccomend the company to anyone in need of their expertise.

We have had AMAZING service from James and his crew! We have called Green Plumbing several times to help us with projects ranging from small updates to a major underground service line leak and sewage line replacement. In both cases, James provided easier solutions than what other plumbers tried to convince us we needed, saving us from having to pay THOUSANDS on unnecessary work. The repairs and updates were done quickly and to the highest quality standards at very fair prices. We will call them again if needed in the future and very highly recommend them!!!

James was able to meet my schedule and was right on time. He was able to complete the job on budget and with time to spare even though it was more extensive than expected. Although a new part could have been requested, he made the old one work just fine. He also noticed a leak in the basement and fixed it without extra charge. I will call Green Plumbing for future plumbing needs without hesitation.

He was very nice (and helpful and understanding when our crazy cat jumped into the crawl space, LOL!). Highly recommend this company; I'll be calling them again whenever we have a plumbing issue. Our water shutoff valve to the house was a gate valve that broke during a tile project and the newly installed toilet supply turn stop had a defect. The slow leak started overnight and by 6am the water had soaked through the bathroom floor and the ceiling of the garage. James took the call bright and early and was able to get Ryan out the same day. They quoted 2-4pm and James called to provide a heads up 30 min prior to Ryan's arrival. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job installing two new ball valves (yay!) and a new turn stop for the toilet supply pipe. The final product looks great and we could not have asked for a better experience.

Very good experience. James seemed honest and professional. His estimate was good and accurate (unlike another company I had got another estimate from). He was polite and also took time to explain things to me, especially when I asked questions. I don't know how his rates compare to others, but the main thing I look for is someone who is trustworthy and professional.

They replaced a water heater for us and did a good professional job. When they went to turn on the water to the house the main shutoff valve broke in the off position. They located the outside shutoff, but it also had problems and we were in the position where we might have to wait on Denver Water to fix it before we could have water back. Green solutions found a work around, worked late and got our water running that same day. We are very appreciative.

I had used another plumbing company for years but was getting tired of their impersonal approach when I was dealing with them. When it came time for sewer repair on the new house I called James based on all these great reviews. I am not disappointed as he came out instead of just sending a technician. After scoping the line he brought up some options and I got the entire line replaced for a little more than the repair would have been. While completing the work his guys removed the cover on an outside electrical outlet. When James came by later he put the cover back on. Attention to the little things didn't go unnoticed.
