Wayne and his apprentice Jayden were a pleasure to hire. They were communicable, knowledgable, and even showed up early for their appointment. They were able to help us determine what the issue was and made it easy for someone who isn't familiar with plumbing to understand what to do to fix it. 10/10 service!

I have called Broken Pipe Plumbing twice. Once to replace the Main water valve in my basement and then to reconfigure the pipes for a bathroom remodel. Both times, I had no issues. Wayne was very professional and knew exactly what to do. Had both jobs done very quickly. I have already recommended him to all my neighbors. I will definitely call him again if/when I need plumbing help again.

Called him on a Saturday when he realized the bind I was in he made time came out in about a hour even though he was on another job found the leak and fixed it he was very knowledgeable and professional and just a real nice guy
Highly recommend. I had a 2nd floor bathroom leak on the toilet intake pipe caused by a contractor who punched two nails through the baseboard (and then the pipe) during a remodel. Because the nail self-sealed itself, the leak was not active until the nail corroded and then only noticed when it leaked through my bathroom wall (bubbling/peeling paint) and also down onto my main level kitchen just below. (~11 months). I called Wayne on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to squeeze in the repair by Monday afternoon. He brought a book with all the pricing laid out so there would be no surprises. The only question was whether he could fix it from the bathroom level or if opening my kitchen walls would be required. He priced both accordingly, but luckily he was able to reach from the bathroom! Only took him 2 hours and his work is spotless. Very friendly and straightforward on everything. Even let me hover and watch with all my questions. :-)

We called Broken Pipe Plumbing for a broken water heater. Wayne came out the same day replaced our water heater and a toilet was extremely professional, very punctual and a great guy to deal with. We will call him again with all our plumbing needs!!!!
I definitiely recommend Wayne at Broken Pipe. He replaced a prv and ball valves, repaired a broken pipe, and repaired a faucet. He did a great job explaining how everything works. It was a rainy day and he was careful not to track in any mud.
Wayne was quick to respond, personable, knowledgeable, upfront with cost, and provided different options in how to move forward to resolve my issue. I will call Broken Pipe Plumbing again for future work.

Jaiden did a terrific job identifying the problem with our shower valve. He walked us through our options: replace the entire connection in the wall or repair the valve stem. He successfully repaired the valve stem and saved us $600 on what otherwise would have been a much larger project. Great work and great value!
Jaden and Broken Pipe Plumbing have become my go-to for plumbing assistance and I would recommend his work to all of my friends and family. He came out after hours and replaced/repaired a water line that was cut by contractors during renovation and was very kind, professional, and walked me through everything in layman’s terms so I felt in the loop without judgement. Since then, he’s replaced a water heater and replaced an outdoor pipe to my water hose that burst during the cold winter storms at the beginning of this year. Pricing is fair, I truly trust the work that is completed, and scheduling is easy. I would rate 10 stars if I could.

Wayne replaced came out on a Saturday to do a warranty replacement for our water heater. He did great work and was very responsive, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend!

I wish there was more stars I could give to Broken Pipe Plumbing. Last week the hot water heater in my business broke forcing us to shut down. I called many plumbers from this site and was not getting far then I called Wayne. Not only did Wayne respond the faster then any other company his quote was more then $1,000 less then any other I got. Furthermore, all of the other shops told me that it would be days before they could get me back in business... Wayne had be back up that night! Wayne was punctual, nice, honest, funny and the work that he did was some of the best I have seen. I will be calling Broken Pipe Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs and so should you.

Excellent customer service and craftsmanship. Plumber Jaiden assessed the leaky pipe, quickly fixed it and didn’t try to upsell us like another company who gave us a quote. Highly recommend and we will use them for all our future plumbing needs!
When our hot water heater went out, we called Wayne based on a neighborhood referral and he came by the same day and assessed the situation. He gave us some options and we opted for replacement with a similar unit. He said we would have hot water by tomorrow night - and we did! Really pleased with service. They called and asked if they could come a little early which was fine by me. Very courteous, professional, and even had good light hearted humor. They were in and out fairly quickly. Their work offered a 1 year warranty - to fix a leaky outdoor faucet, which they had to get through some mortar to get to all of it. They provided a quote for some other plumbing add-ons we've been considering. Super easy to work with, fairly priced. I've had a hard time finding a plumber I liked since moving to CO 5 years ago. This company was reccomended by people in my neighborhood. I think I've found my new plumbing company!

Wayne (Broken Pipe Plumbing) installed a water heater for me yesterday and the entire experience was outstanding. His communication was excellent from our first phone conversation and all the way through. He also took the time to explain everything and was able to dumb it down enough that even I could understand it.
He brought his apprentice with him as well, who also happens to be his Grandson. He was a perfect gentleman as well. I'm hoping I won't need a plumber anytime soon, but I will definitely call Wayne when I do.

We called on a weekend and fully expected to receive a call back sometime during the week but Wayne replied later the same day and provided me a quotation after I texted him some photos of our PRV. The whole experience was extremely helpful and timesaving. They were much more reasonably priced than the other two plumbing companies we had come out for a quote.
Wayne and Jaden came out to replace our PRV, were patient with additional questions we had about installing a Moen Flo, and provided a year of coverage on the PRV work. A week in and we have not experienced any problems with the PRV.
Definitely keeping this number in my phone for future plumbing emergencies.
We had a leak issue with the kitchen sink. Wayne and Jaiden were here within an hour of my initial call and fixed the problem so quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use them for all future plumbing needs!

Broken Pipe Plumbing took our call in the middle of a busy day of fixing other client's broken pipes from an unprecedented big freeze. He fit us in as soon as he could. His skill and speed at repairing a busted copper pipe in a very difficult-to-reach area was as impressive as watching Jimmy Page play guitar and he provided great advice on how to try to improve warm air flow to the area. This is the second time we've used Broken Pipe Plumbing and we'll be calling Wayne again when we need a plumber. On top of the speed and skill his price is fair and affordable.

Wayne was courteous and professional! He wasn’t able to come out right away but had us take photos of the issue we were having and explained it wasn’t an urgent issue. He scheduled an appointment with us, called prior to his visit and showed up on time. His prices are also fair. He detected another issue during his repair as well and provided us with estimates for future projects.

Broken Pipe Plumbing replaced a water heater in only a couple of hours and explained a complex solar heating system integrated with the heater. Jaden and Wayne were professional, arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, secured a new heater and installed it without issue. Great work done by Jaden during the installation, labeling the components, adding shutoff valves and explaining how the new gas heater worked.

During the final walkthrough on our home purchase we found two critical issues: a leaky shutoff valve for an outside sprinkler and a broken (and leaky) sewer pipe. Wayne resolved both issues promptly. The work done well and explained clearly. It was a relief to have these resolved during a stressful time and I thank him for his friendly and prompt service.
When a water line to the parsonage swamp cooler sprung a leak, I called Wayne at Broken Pipe Plumbing and was immediately surprised that he answered promptly, listened to my problem, and made an appointment. Wayne was recommended to us by a friend who also happens to be a plumber but was already on another job. I gotta say this man was a lifesaver! He came out same day, on time, and with a friendly, funny attitude! Our roof in the basement was leaking everywhere! Wayne is very professional...and funny, too :) I filled out the form on their website to have them contact me about a leak. He called within an hour....on Labor Day. He came to my house the same day and fixed the leak for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using Broken Pipe Plumbing for my plumbing needs in the future.

Wayne was honest, professional, and quick. I had a toilet that was running and he was upfront that it was just an old toilet. He took care of getting the toilet and installing it in a timely fashion. Would definitely use him again.
