High 5 was available on the weekend to come investigate and fix a ceiling leak that was dripping from the second floor onto the main floor causing us much panic on a Saturday morning.Brian came over within a couple hours to not only source the issue and address it but also provide his professional evaluation of our ongoing basement renovation plumbing and potential code violations. He pointed out the new materials the subcontractors used (they chose the lowest quality kind) were not the self-healing pex that was so-called better than our original copper pipes (which our general contractor claimed) but also detailed the issues with what could happen if the basement renovation plumbing was not addressed.He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Highly recommend and decently priced especially for a weekend emergency.
