Wow. I really can't say enough kind things about this business. The scheduler was very kind and answered all my extensive questions. She was able to book me a quotation right away. If you get a choice go with Johan. He was AMAZING. Very respectful of my house, you could tell he was proud of his work and he should be. He wired and hung a chandelier for us. I was a proper pain, and changed my mind on the placement a couple times and he was friendly and accommodating the whole time. He even took the time to straighten out the links in the chain! Talk about attention to detail. It was above and beyond for me. I'm so happy with how it turned out. The pricing was fair and the result is showroom worthy. As a new homeowner it is a drag trying to find contractors for all your needs, there is a lot of trial and error. I can safely say Top Shelf has my business for life.

Tony did a fantastic job of repairing my clogged kitchen sink drain. He gave me all three options regarding fixing the problem and they were displayed on a tablet which made it easy for me to actually see the cost and understand the steps to unclog the sink. I would definitely recommend Bell Plumbing and Hearting. I’ll be calling them soon to perform yearly maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning.

My water heater had been leaking for a while and needed to be replaced. In addition, it was over 20 years old. I called several reputable plumbing contractors and, to my surprise, none would service my area in southern Douglas county. I finally called Quality First and was relieved that they serviced my area. The service technician, Ray, had over 30 years experience. I was amazed that he could remove my old water heater, and install a new one, in only a couple hours. Ray was very professional, very polite, had a kind demeanor, and was extremely knowledgeable. He was fast, efficient, but also very neat and organized. He answered all my silly questions, and was happy to explain everything he was doing and why. Ray did an excellent job on the installation and we couldn’t be happier with our new water heater. Nate and Megan came out on a Saturday to replace a valve and install a new base for my kitchen sink cabinet. They were all done in less than an hour and I'm very happy with the results. The cost was very reasonable and I would certainly use them again. Thanks!

I recently had Jim Needham plumbing replace the clay sewer line at my home. Ira the project lead was great to work with as he took the time to explain what was wrong and layout my options on how his team would fix it. Due to a large tree that sits above the old sewer line they had to run a new pipe but they took great care to avoid large roots of the tree, plus I think they enjoyed the chance to work in the shade. The team also tunneled under a concrete path leading to the house instead of breaking it out. I would highly recommend Jim Needham and Ira for any plumbing issues.

The plumber, Josh Tweed, arrived promptly at my residence and fixed the problem very quickly. He explained the problem and the fix, and suggested which repair plan to choose. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

This company is absolutely terrible. We had to use this company because of our home warranty. If we had to do it all over again we would have never used this company and opted to pay a real plumber. These incompetent, rude, and classless individuals flooded my crawl space on 2 separate occasions and provided no clean up or remedy of any kind. The incompetence I witness was truly astounding so much so I had an actual plumber come fix their dreadful work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you have a home warranty that is making you use this company just go elsewhere it is well worth the cost. The plumbers did not clean up after themselves or fix the damage they created like the massive hole in my wall or my flooded crawl space (twice). The plumbers stomped around my house in their dirty shoes and left frequently for parts. In fact we waited one week for them to get the correct part and when the plumber arrived a week later he promptly went to the store for a part! An illustration of their absolute incompetence. Service Network Plumbing & Heating caused more damage to my home than existed before they were contracted by my home warranty company. I hope this review saves someone from the horrors that Service Network Plumbing and Heating created for me and my home.

I had booked them to come to my home for A/C maintenance three times. Each time they rescheduled. Not the morning of. Not the day before. Not a week before. With literally 30 minutes left in a 4 hour time slot, they phone to say they aren't coming. They pulled these shenanigans three times! Enough is enough. They don't want my money, and they don't want to be the go-to servicers when things go awry.

Denver Plumbing was very knowledgeable, helpful and their prices were the same or better than others. The quality of the ac repair parts also seemed better.
