I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! Robert was knowledgeable, detailed, and his crew was professional! The service was outstanding! I support small businesses and this is the reason that we will continue to use this company for future repairs! Thank you Robert and crews!

Awesome experience with Roto-Rooter. The tech was knowledgeable and experienced about getting roots out of the line. This was our 2nd time using them since 2013. For our experience we rate Michelangelo's as the gold standard for plumbing repair. He was polite, clean and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems and was able to explain it in layman's terms to us. The work was completed in a quick and timely manner and the issues have finally been rectified. All is good! Absolutely perfect service. Phoned 20 minutes before arriving. My drainage had clogged and everything backed up into bathroom. Identified my problem immediately and showed me it was my fault and gave me directions for an easy self fix! Took out his big auger and cleared me out, then wrote me an invoice that was less than half what I expected. 👍🤘
