I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! Robert was knowledgeable, detailed, and his crew was professional! The service was outstanding! We needed to get our second water heater replaced and they came to our home quickly and worked around our schedule. Before even starting the install, they covered the carpet and made sure that the house would be just as clean as when they arrived. We also got a call 30 minutes before the appointment to let us know the plumber was on his way. Very professional, straightforward install at a great price.

The Service was good. To change the faucet ‘s cartridge, they have charged me $338.00 and they have done it less than 30 minutes.I’m not sure that’s the norm now or not.

DFW Pipe & Plumbing really came through. I contacted their competition but they told me 2 weeks to get on the schedule. Not DFW Pipe. They came and gave me an estimate the same day and fixed my slab leak the next. Better yet, they did not nickle and dime me. I paid what was quoted, even though the job was not as anticipated. We came home from a trip out of the states to a huge mess after the recent snow storm. RC Pros came out as soon as we got home and turned off the water that was pouring out of the garage ceilings and stopped the water from flooding the downstairs bathroom and family room.
