Had some trouble with my toilets flushing and called out AAA Auger. They were out in a couple of hours. Fred came and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and left everything clean. Water heater services provided by Ground Up Services were great. Soon after installation an issue came up and the technician immediately responded and fixed it. Prices were very reasonable and much better than other competitors. I recommend this company.

Came out to look at waterfall wall faucet that had little flow. Plumber said it was probably the cartridge. Came back the following week with a cartridge. The manufacturer had gone out of business. Replacing the cartridge didn't help. The plumber had no idea what to do. They get two stars only because he didn't charge me for the cartridge or the 2nd call.

Called another plumber who had more experience with types of wall faucets. He took the plate off and cleaned the area where the buildup happens. No parts needed.

For our experience we rate Michelangelo's as the gold standard for plumbing repair. He was polite, clean and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems and was able to explain it in layman's terms to us. The work was completed in a quick and timely manner and the issues have finally been rectified. All is good! Nice job. The inspection process could have been done better; messed with the inspection for 4 days.

They were able to unclog the pipes quickly however their website shows a special price for main drain cleanout which is what I had done that was around $90 but I was charged over $300. When I asked why I was being charged so much the guy told me that price was for Monday thru Friday only. I told him no where does it say anything about it having to be on certain days and he said well that is what his boss told him and charged me over $300.
