Best Water Heater Repair / Installation in Irving TX

Poor drivers. First the dude in the van was blocking the fast lane, then as his lane went away he ran a car off of the road. I hope they work better than they drive.. reply to owner. B.S. I offered to send a dash cam but you refused. I'm sure he is a great driver in your eyes as long as you ignore the bad driving. The driver that swerved save his a$$ and is the only reason one of your vans isn't totaled.

These guys were the best, they met me earlier than expected, so clean they took away the old sink, and all the packaging from the new vanity. So fast, and very clear instructions on how to make sure everything installed correctly. Also, they expressed if anything was not satisfactory to call and they would come back to make it so.

We built our house 15 years ago, and one of our three water heaters starting giving us problems last month. (That's pretty good!) It would start out hot, but would run lukewarm within a few minutes. Researching it, it looked like a dip tube, which is a very minor repair, but with the age of the unit, we wanted to just replace it.

I used one of those sites to get quotes from several companies. Most were quick to call, with some giving quotes over the phone and others coming out, but they were ALL much higher than I expected. I tried calling all our local plumbing companies. I ended up getting about a dozen quotes, and they ranged from $1275 to $1685, except for one that was $2503.

Then I searched on Craigslist and found Brian's post there. He was advertising $640 for a ground floor install or $740 for a second floor (like mine). That was so low that I had to call to make sure that wasn't JUST the labor charge. He confirmed that was the whole price. The only surprise would be $15 per line if any of the lines needed a flex hose installed.

Brian was delayed getting here, but he was proactive about letting me know when he would be there. Most of the other companies just gave me a 4-hour window (just to get a quote!) and if he had done that instead of setting a specific time, he would have been inside the window. I was flexible on the time since I work from home, so it wasn't a problem at all.

Unlike most companies (who sent out two guys, just to do a quote), he was working by himself. You can tell he had a lot of experience by how easy he made it look to get the water heater upstairs and the old one down. He had the new one installed, the old one loaded on his truck, and everything cleaned up within 90 minutes of the time he arrived.

One line needed a flex hose installed. My total bill was $747. That was over $500 less than the next cheapest quote, and less than 1/3 of the highest one. And the ironic thing is that the water heater he installed was the EXACT same model that the $2503 company quoted.

With two other 15-year old water heaters in my house, I know who I'm going to call when the next one needs replaced.

Gabe and team are an awesome group of guys, work was with done with exceptional attention to detail. Anytime I needed a question answered they broke it down with an ABC for dummies, which made everything click. I work in ac and heating and worked with Michael a few years back. At that time I believed he was an honest plumber. He recently contacted me and let me know he opened his own business. I wanted some work done and he came out the first time and found some issues, so he did the minor work that could be done, but he did find roots had gone through one of my sewer pipes when he was using his plumber cam. He showed me on his ipad when he was putting the cam through the sewer, so I could see what he was talking about. He was able to clear the roots, but then noticed someone had done a cheap repair at some point in the sewer line by replacing a piece of it with pvc by laying it down instead of properly fixing it. I called him again when I recently had water heater problems. I decided to go with a new water heater, so he started the process and it turned out there were a few other issues that could not be seen until putting in the new water heater. He absolutely went above and beyond what he had to do. Watching him and talking to him while he was working only proved what I believed earlier when I worked with him years ago. He has integrity, character, and wants to do a good job. Not only will I continue to use him as I have other jobs that need to get done and will be costly so I would like to get a little more out of debt first, but my mother and sister will also be using him too. If you need a good plumber, then Michelangelo plumbing is the right company to call.

I have used him for other jobs and while he is thorough and does a good job there is a lack of communication and promises to do stuff but does not follow through. I recently had a roof installed and had my water alarm go off in my water heater. He came out that night as I noticed there was water on the line, and he thought it might be a water leak on the water heater. It turned out the roofing company did not install the water heater flue pipe at all and heat from the flue pipe filled the closet causing the condensation on the cold water line. Michael had to turn the gas off to the water heater and after the roofers rectified the problem he came out a day later because it would have been too late for him to come out that day. He came out and made sure everything was ok. My mother had some pictures on her phone when the roof was getting installed. I told Michael I would get together with her, send him the pictures, and he could send the invoice Monday, so when the inspector would come out we could have the pictures, etc to get my money back. The inspector for the city was coming out Tuesday and, even though, Michael said he would have it ready Monday night, it still was not ready Tuesday morning. I had to contact them and told them I needed it that day. Finally, an hour later I received the invoice. I do not know how it is with others, but concerning me, it seemed like there was not a lot of urgency. I had him work on my sewer line under the house and that took about 2 months and I had a lot of dirt sitting on the grass that entire time, so that grass is dead. Some of it was not his fault and other issues came up, but it just seems like there is not a lot of urgency. He is a nice guy and great plumber, but it just a bit stressful until the job was done. I even asked him to give a quote for my mother's water heater. He asked for pictures which I sent, but a week after he promised to give her a quote, she still did not hear from him.

From the begin of the phone calls, to win Carlos showed up to rude, was professional and personal which is a plus. He gave me advice on how to keep the drain clean and was able to do the task within 30 minutes. Thanks for coming out on a Sunday the price was reasonable, I would call them again

These guys are not good. the plumber and repaired my shower ,faucet and toilet. when he left he did not clean up after himself. I checked shower before he left and was not flowing. Luckily he was still in my driveway and he came back and fixed it. I am still having a leaky toilet. We have arranged for them to return . But they will not return on day s needed. Plumber had a a class to attend ,plumber not available on so on. One guard will not let us change plumbers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
