We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). We will certainly use them again in the future!

Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

I'm very happy with this company. They did a great job installing my replacement water heater quickly. Their customer service was excellent, and all the men who came to my home were courteous, and they took a lot of care protecting my hardwood floors removing the old and installing the new water heater.

I suspected our plumbing issue was going to be something simple but 4 bathrooms were affected and since neither my husband or I are professionals, we thought it'd be better to call Fidelity, our Home Warranty company. Fidelity sent out 2 gentlemen from Jennings. They showed up on time and both, Michael and Chris were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. While our problem in all 4 bathrooms turned out to be relatively simple, they took care of it quickly and professionally not once making me feel like an idiot for not being able to identify and fix the problem myself. Excellent customer service!!

I had a massive back up at my home and didn’t know who to call, so I asked my neighbor who he used and he told me about Blacktie Plumbing. I called them and was immediately impressed with the office staff and their concern for my issue. They got me on the schedule for the same day and came out in a few hours. The plumber gave me a no cost estimate and I agreed for the service. He then ran his sewer machine and cleared the blockage. When I asked what had caused the issue he told me that there was a large amount of grease buildup. He then asked me if I would like to get the grease out of the line. I of course said yes, but was concerned about the cost. The plumber Jeremy then called is boss Chad and asked what we could do to help me out. They gave me a combo discount and took great care of me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family as they were awesome!! I never felt pressured in any way. They made me feel like family. I ran into Dalton at building Depot when the employees were being unhelpful and he was so great. I showed him pictures and he repaired my plumbing complication in like 10 seconds and was so nice. I would use this company.

I moved into a new build home, rural, and the owner of this company plumbed and set up my water filter/softener system after testing the water to see exactly what I needed. He also did my connections for my outdoor patio gas grill. Very punctual, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.
