They arrived out on New Years Day and corrected the problem. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth it to not have sewerage backing into the basement? Also yes.

I'm thrilled I contacted this company! I have an open loop geothermal HVAC system. I contacted them since they are a plumbing & HVAC company. Other places I called only work on the HVAC side or the well pump, not both. They were quick to respond and fix my well pump problems. I started a maintenance plan with them that is very agreeable to my wallet. Had some other issues that popped up over the weekend and they came out on Sunday to fix it. Very happy to find a company with great people, professional services and fair prices!

Quick, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. They arrived out to my building in the evening, and my trouble was resolved within hours of calling.

We just moved into a new house and the basement pipes were clogged. They arrived and did fast project and cleared out the pipes. But we found out that one of the pipes had rotted out. So they installed a pump system so we can use our washing machine without the basement flooding. Much cheaper than ripping up the flood and installing a new pipe. good and quick service.

Pete and his team were friendly, quick, and thorough! They found our leak and fixed it right away. We accidentally made the check out for more than the bill was - Pete immediately called to let us know and get it fixed. Honest, quality service!

From the begin of the phone calls, to win Carlos showed up to rude, was professional and personal which is a plus. He gave me advice on how to keep the drain clean and was able to do the task within 30 minutes. Thanks for coming out on a Sunday the price was reasonable, I would call them again

The morning before Thanksgiving this year my daughter comes in my room in a full panic saying that the basement is flooded with two inches of water , I had no idea where the water arrived from so after doing some research I contacted SOUTHWEST PLUMBING and the dispatcher got the next available professional to my building within hours of my call. After JAMES M diagnosed the problem and came up with the most efficient and long lasting solution to my problem, they had a crew to my house the same day to get my sewer line repaired where they found my old cement line had to be repaired do to it being damaged by roots and also collapsed from the Deterioration of the old pipes. The crew and the whole company made this overwhelming experience a great one for me and my family and I appreciate southwest plumbing.Thanks for saving holidays

Had Walter Hill come out and take a look at my master bath shower and was able to repair my complication in about 20 mins. We worked on a price for installing a new hot water heater and was able to job to a superb price for the install and they are going to remove the old one in that price. Love it.

Johnston was professional and rapidly corrected the complication to my sewer drain. work was prompt and reliable.

contacted because of after hours plumbing leak. They were fast to come out on a Saturday night and had it fixed the next morning. Gregory was nice and professional. He even showed my sweet little nephew attention when he wanted to show him his solar system room at 11pm. I will be using this company for future needs.
