We had not used Ciriello Pumbling before. I chose them for their good Google reviews, as well as that they are local to our community! We did not have an established relationship with a plumber, so it was inevitable that this moment would come eventually. We landed in good hands. Lucas was wonderful. He listened as we explained the issue (hot water shut off valve under kitchen sink broken and we wanted a separate shut off for the dishwasher), he let us know how much time he thought it would take and the hourly rate. We also picked his brain about potential installation of a softener and the pros/cons of a tankless water heater. Wow! We learned so much! I'm confident that Ciriello will be our go to for plumbing wants and needs.

Second time using LD Smith for issues. Kevin was great! Arrived on time showed him my problem pipe. My house is older and whomever has done the plumbing since it was built have had very questionable plumbing knowledge. Kevin was able to figure out how to replace the old rotting pipe without ripping pretty much all the other pipe in the area out too. Since that is where the well pump, water softener and pipe that goes outside for the hose is, that's a lot of pipe!

It was quick and easy. Nice work done. I would recommend them.

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.
