Tyler was excellent. He was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong, why things were not working, and how he was going to fix them. He also took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the completed jobs before leaving, and checked with me that they now work. Tyler was an ethical and kind professional, highly recommend and will be calling them again if we need service in the future!

We have used 3 Kings Plumbing for several projects in our house. Mike is professional, reasonably priced and takes time to explain what is going on and why he recommends the work he is quoting. Summer in the office is always friendly and has saved us a couple of plumbing service calls by helping us fix the problem over the phone.

Josh and Brandon H. were courteous and efficient. Got the job done quickly and make sure everything was working correctly when they were finished. I have used Carter’s several times, always very satisfied.

Be specific with the kind of parts you want them to use if you are getting a drain plug replaced, for example. Any replacement parts, really.The good: Called for estimate. They sent someone out same day. Estimate was consistent with other estimates for repair of 2 bathtub drains. They fixed it that same evening.The not so good: My only issue is the drain plug and assembly is *significantly* lesser quality than what was originally installed, but I did not specify which parts to purchase.I did, however, provide the plug we used in both baths. I should not have assumed they would replace it with the same parts, so lesson learned on my part. It is repaired. Same day, in a couple hours.The cheaper parts is why they do not get 5 stars. Because I will remodel these bathrooms in a few years, this will not be a huge issue for now.Ask questions.

We have a clogged drain. After having 4 others companies come out and they couldn't fix it. According them them I needed all new pipes!! Josh from Gordon's came in did his job and fixed the clog. Without trying to sell me $3000 pipe replacement.

Jelly ER was able to schedule me for the next day to install an automatic water shutoff valve my insurance company required for our house. JB explained things thoroughly and got it installed.

Highly highly recommend. My main line was backed up and had about 4 inches of sewer water in my basement. In a couple hours it was good as new. Any major company would've taken days and multiple appointments to vaccuum the water, and then unclog the pipe.
