Repairs were made at by current owners, because under previous owners, sloppy work (not up to code) performed in 5/2022. Dominic knew what was wrong and how to correct, very professional. Although I had been told repairs would be at no cost, current owners left it to Dominic to inform me otherwise, possibly hanging the messenger out to dry. I thought he did a great job very quickly. However, other contractors spotted a gap between the pipe he just installed and the wall to the outside, as well as another gap that had been there for a long time, so I had the other contractors fix, since I had already given 1-800 Plumbers 2 chances.

I called him to come and fix my water heater after a failed attempt to change some parts on my boyfriend and I's part. Instead of insisting on coming out to fix the problem, he graciously told us what we did wrong and where to buy the parts. We will definitely use him if it comes down to a problem we can't fix! You can't beat that kind of honesty and helpfulness!

Danny was awesome! Arrived on time, educated me on our system, answered all my questions, and made great recommendations for future needs.

Kye did a great job on my HVAC maintenance visit and the furnace is ready for winter. When the builder of the house didn't do a particularly good job on the original HVAC, Summers was there to get things in order and since we've been using them for repair and preventative maintenance the house has been much more comfortable.

Josh is very knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He explained very well during the maintenance visit, and also offered several options.

I used Simply Water for a water heater replacement and a water softener installation. Andrew did the work and answered all of my questions along the way. He was very friendly, professional and courteous throughout the process. And this company offered the best price out of 4 total estimates. I highly recommend them for an excellent, on time experience.

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

Our AC system was struggling to keep up with warm weather. It turned out to be a problem with the original installation. Evan immediately diagnosed the problem and got to work fixing the system, which took several hours. My family is grateful for his work as we head into the hot summer months!

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
