Called for a sump pump repair and they sent out a guy the same day. They waived the appearance fee because I was a first time customer. Brian was super nice and gave me options for replacing my sump pump. He went and got the supplies and returned promptly, then gave me a rundown when he was done. Very happy with their service and especially with Brian.

Services requested not preformed. Our project is well behind schedule due to the lack of performance.

Kevin Hagensieker was able to quickly repair a broken pipe under the house. Kevin showed up promptly, entered the craw space, diagnosed the problem and then provided the estimate. It was a two man job so Kevin called a colleague who joined him to repair the pipe. They were both professional and drove late model vans with the company logo on the side. Another nice touch is that when a plumber is dispatched you receive a text with the plumbers name and photo.overall it was a great experience. Even talking to the office manager, Kaley was a pleasure. I would recommend these guys 10/10 times. Thanks for the help guys!

I just got off the phone with these guys. INCREDIBLY RUDE! All I need is a garbage disposal fix. They refuse to come look at it. He tells me I need to figure out if it needs to be fully replaced before they'll even show up, and commit to a much higher price. Worst customer service ever.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: That's not how the conversation went at all. You desperately need to work on your communication skills. I would have agreed to that pricing if you just gave me a chance. I simply didn't know if it needs to be replaced or not. Because I could not determine that on my own, you refused to come to my house and even look at it. I never once asked for a free estimate. I didn't hang up on you, the conversation simply ended and I told you with the way you behaved that you have lost my business. I heard your final words, but that doesn't mean much with the way you talked down to me, and treated me.

Caveat emptor! Initial service call on Saturday morning was excellent. A tech was dispatched and on site within 40 minutes. It took him about 2 hours to use a power auger to cut roots out of the sewer lateral. The tech was polite and professional - About $350. The supervisor came by later in the afternoon with the camera to scope the pipe. I was not home, but he showed video to my wife where the roots had been cut out and then where there was still a problem in the old clay tile that needed to be replaced. He left us two quotes, one to replace approx 10 foot of tile with PVC for about $4,000 (just the damaged area) and one to replace 75 foot of tile for just slightly less than $10,000(all the way to the property line). $4k and $10k are not inconsequential sums of money, and the drain was flowing for the time being, so I looked up excavating contractors and solicited two additional quotes. Both of the quotes received were for replacing the 75' of tile and both were less than 1/3 of the Roto-Rooter quote. Both excavating firms were established companies with excellent ratings on Angie's list. Generally I am fine with a fair mark-up, but in this instance I believe Roto-Rooter went way too far. My advice - once the emergency is past, take time to do a price check.

I would not use anyone else, they are punctual, nice and clean up after themselves. The rate is okay - you get what you pay for so I prefer not to go with the cheapest!!!! Quality is important

We had Casey install a water softener in our house. He said he would be here between 2 and 4. He got here a little after 2. We explained what we needed, he listened. He did the job we agreed upon, explained what we needed to know about water softeners and showed us how it works. Great job. We would highly recommend him. Thanks Casey.

We had a water preassue issue in our historic home (Cottage Home Neighborhood), on a Saturday, 9/5/20. Called Fowler and had a technician on site within 90 minutes! Issue was identified, diagnosed, and corrected quickly. Outstanding work, extremely professional, efficient, and respectful. Price was very fair as well. We've found our go to for plumbing and pipe fitting needs.

Corey is top notch. He tackled a pretty tough issue with our plumbing and I could sense he was not leaving until he was satisfied that he had fixed it. And fixed it well. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. Shoe covers and mask the whole time. He’s is the plumber you’ve been looking for.

had a leak under my tub in crawl space. I called and Dennis was there in 45 mins. and he got the job done! will call again if I need anything else.

When I booked the appointment they told me it would be $93 or free for the first 100 feet to open the sewer line. He gets there and determines it probably doesn’t need run but he can for an additional $325 plus a $97 trip charge. I asked him about the price advertised online he told me that was not correct. Them charged me $97 to show up and do nothing.

A loyal Howald HVAC customer for many years, but my first time using the the plumbing department. Howald Plumbing was recommended by my regular plumber who at the moment has more work then he can service. The experience was smooth and seamless. Sink 2 needs some new parts and a return visit is scheduled. Stay tuned I will post again once the second sink is repaired.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost.
