Best Water Leaks in Indianapolis IN

We used Hope Plumbing about two weeks ago. We called on a Friday and they came out Tuesday. We were originally scheduled for Monday but there was a scheduling error. Hope Plumbing did give us a small discount due to the error. Jim was our service technician. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He talked me through the whole process from best case to worst case. I will definitely call Jim at Hope Plumbing if I have another need for them.

I was very impressed and over satisfied with the results and how much was done in such a timely manner. Doug did a great job with the work. Best plumbing work I’ve seen done in a long time.

Will use this place and request Doug again if another issue arises.

Our shut off/waste valve by the water meter was leaking. Called the water company to inspect and they recommended calling a plumber to fix it. The pit was filled with water all the way to the top. We had 4 plumbing companies come out to give us estimates which all ranged from $4500-$1022 AND all 2 of the 4 companies said the repair was something different than the water company (even after me telling them what the water company said)....Jeff from Benjamin Franklin was the ONLY plumber who came out and pumped the water out of the pit to see what was actually going on. Saw that it was the valve that was leaking and makde the appropriate repair.The other three companies quoted us without even looking a the leaky valve and the repairs that they wanted to do varied from replacing the entire pit ($2800), replacing the water line from the meter to the house ($2200), replacing the entire water line ($4500), replacing the actual valve ($1100), and then Jeff with Benjamin Franklin comes in and drains the water in the pit and tightens the packing nuts for a $49 service fee... and my yard isn't torn up.Thank you Jeff for listening and actually taking the time to see what the real problem was.

Lucas was awesome. He diagnosed the problem quickly and even took care of another issue with our bathroom sink that I forgot to mention when I made our appointment. Will definitely use this company in the future and will specifically request Lucas!

I picked Bob the Plumber based on these reviews and my experience was nothing like the others. I was way over charged, but wanted to be done with it. The only good part was Bob lost out on a big profit as he had to come back. He didn’t even fix it right. I have sense learned he brags about overcharging elder and women.

The guys were great! I called them on a Thursday and they were able to pick-up and install an 80-gallon water heater for us the next day. They are extremely polite and conscientious. They moved efficiently and did outstanding work. They took care with our home and the site was immaculate when they finished. Definitely recommend!

After cleaning up a small flood in the only bathroom, I was eager to find someone who could help with a clogged toilet. I was pleasantly surprised to find Moon Family. They fitted me into their already tight schedule. Casey and his tech (didn't get her name) were professional and courteous. Willing to show up and do a complimentary estimate even if their price wasn't in my budget. Guaranteed work was a nice bonus. Very pleased to support a family-owned business.

We had both of our sump pumps go out at the same time. It is in the unfinished part of the basement, but the water that started at a 10 foot circle became a much larger issue very quickly. Thankfully, when I called Service Plus, they understood the issue and sent someone out right away, even though it was late afternoon. David assessed the issue right away and was able to get a pump in very quickly to start getting the water out of my basement. Afterwards, he took the time to discuss with me some ways to prevent this happening again. I am very grateful for the great service from th office to the technician.

May way answered right away. Told working on one project. Came and fixed with reasonable price.

I've been using Roby's for 15 years at my 100-year-old home and have had nothing but positive experiences. Their estimates routinely come in under other plumbers and the work is always solid. Once they fix it, it stays fixed!

Water heater went out, he told me to boil water for baths , and he would sell used water heater after his vacation, and charge to install

The plumber who came to my house was extremely unprofessional. I asked questions and he treated me like I didn't know anything. I'm not a plumber so obviously my knowledge will be limited.

He performed worked and then told me he couldn't guarantee the work because he wasn't the initial plumber to install my shower. He was unable to tell me how to make payment or what the cost of the work would be. He proceeded to make me wait for a lengthy amount of time before he could determine how payment could be collected.

I do not plan on hiring McNeely ever again for my plumbing needs.
