Brian was very courteous. When he was working, he explained what he was doing and why. Brian seemed to be very knowledgeable about the product which made me very comfortable in his work.

Ended up kicking him out of my house! Tried to tell me the professionals we previously had out that ran a motorized snake 50' into the drain didn't actually clean out the drain when I Watched them run the snake & it came out completely clean! Was very unprofessional, Rude, & arrogant! Then tried to charge me $50 for a service call when he hadn't said Anything about Any charges! Hired him through Nextdoor Neighborhood App & so there were No links or terms or prices listed Anywhere! VERY SHADY!!

They advertised any drain cleaning for $83. Turns out that was only for the main drain. Apparently they've changed their policy because they received so many complaints and now it is $83 for any drain. But I had to pay about $100 more they have two drains cleaned out

How ever he knew exactly what the problem was and I did not need a hot water heater. Our water heater went out in the morning and by 4:00 Mr. Rooter was knocking on my door to install a new one. They did a great job, were very professional and the price was good. All around good experience.

Technician Jered 7339 was here for about 0.5 hr, but charged me $339 for 1 hr. All he did was cutting a hole on my living room ceiling, flushing a couple of time my toilet and bathtub upstairs. Worst of all, he cut the toilet drain pipe while cutting the ceiling. Though the cutting was not through at this point, it creates a potential leak problem for future. No sorry, no fixing to the mis-cutting to the pipe.

We had a sewage sump pump that failed and began leaking and releasing sewer gas into our home. Plumb Dr. responded quickly, assessed the situation, and resolved the problem in a timely fashion.They were professional, efficient and provided good documentation and warranty information on the new pump. I've had Bob out to my home a couple of times and he's great. He fixed a pipe leak under a sink and helped unstuck a frozen washer drain another time. Bob's extremely courteous, professional and always has good help with him. Helluva guy. Definitely recommend.

I would not use anyone else, they are punctual, nice and clean up after themselves. The rate is okay - you get what you pay for so I prefer not to go with the cheapest!!!! Quality is important

Of course the issue had seemed to resolved itself after I'd called for a plumber, but I had them to snake out the toilet anyway.
