Tim and his crew showed up early- and I love how the company texts you that they are on the way with a picture! Even though the team had been there to inspect and figure out the problem earlier, Tim did a great job explaining to me what was happening, the steps they would be taking and the estimated time. He and his crew were very friendly, and so efficient!

While they were out back Kevin took care of a leaky toilet inside- following Covid protocol and just going about his business with the craziness of my house around. Could not have been nicer to me and explained what he was doing and why!

We had someone come out on short notice as we were concerned about a frozen pipe to our toilet. The tech comes out, ascribes problem to the toilet itself, and not the pipes, charges us almost 500 dollars to get it working literally for 2 flushes, and it’s not filling again. We’ve had two different service people here who barely speak English, so it’s close to impossible to communicate which is a huge problem when dealing with house repairs. I am not one who typically has the time or inclination to leave negative reviews on line but I’m very frustrated with this service.

They've always been great, but I only called them to asked about who to see for leak detection. They made a good recommendation and when it comes to plumbing service I plan to use them again.

They sent a superstar jetter/drain(Adam,Andrew? Sorry but I appreciate you) guy to my disabled mom’s house and the drain was kinda plugged but they efficiently and effectively got it open and didn’t even have to go inside. This plumbing service came out to my home with a 1 day notice of calling them. I had a water meter pit that needed maintenance. After receiving 4 quotes from other plumbing services, they gave me by far the BEST deal! It was so reasonable that it was unbelievable.The customer service via phone and in person was awesome. This company was not like the other big name companies. They were very personable and wanted to actually help out instead of having an objective of sucking your pockets dry.I can't believe that I was not referred to them by anyone locally because they were a godsend. They didn't charge to come out like a lot of companies do.

When they got here, they were able to fix my toilet quickly and because it was an easy fix, they didn't charge me a dime. 100% would recommend to a friend!

The service tech - Gage was amazing!!! He was very thorough on the AC systems we have - he explained all planned services + showed the AC unit cleaning issues + gave a detailed overview of “potential” service repairs/costs . He was not trying to do a hard sell on future parts/services. I’d recommend him and Peterman Co to family and friends. I’d like to get Gage out for the fall service too!

Snappy was assigned to my warranty claim after another group chose not to respond. Within 2 business days, I had the assessment and replacement done. They techs were both knowledgeable and courteous. I would gladly work with them again.

David called me back within 10 minutes of my call. Came out the next day and determined my sump pump and grinder issues. Secured the necessary parts for installation that day for the next morning. Texted to advise me of arrival time. Cost came in lower than the estimate he provided. Stopped by on short notice to repair ice maker line leak 3 days later. He has my future business!

We just had a new gas line and water heater installed by some really great people at best indy. They are really knowledgeable and professional. We will use them for any of our future needs.
