I was dealing with a clogged washer drain and Mr. Plumber was able to get here faster than anyone else. They arrived on time and were able to resolve the issue quicker than expected. Seth K was who came out to the house and he was very helpful. Seth explained everything he was doing and provided tips and recommendations for the future. I have experience dealing with homeowners property claims so I knew he wasn't trying to sell me on services I don't need. I just bought an old house a few months ago that has a lot of quirks so I was happy to see that Service Plus provides a Get to know your furnace and plumbing service where they send a technician out to look your system over, who then describes how it all works, what you need to know about how things are setup, and what kinds of things you need to call a professional for.Robert, the technician who came, isn't just knowledgeable, he's a great teacher. It's scary buying a great big old house, so it's really nice to have somebody who has seen it all explain how everything is working sand how it's supposed to work. I happily signed up for their member program (it's super cheap + great benefits).

Experts at Plumbing. That might not sound like a big deal, but it really is a MAJOR deal. The previous company before them came out and said that I needed $11,000 worth of work and I told them they were out of their minds.
Meanwhile, when Gordon plumbing came out, they found the problem and it was 47 feet outside of my unit, so the association had to pay for it. It was just a simple clog. That's settled the question with the homeowners association. They were the ones who tried to hire the other company.
Gordon plumbing is honest and professional. They take obvious pride in their work and they should.
Gordon Plumbing was VERY polite, even when I was in a bad mood. That is professionalism. They changed my mood in a heartbeat.

Excellent service all around

Sewage was backing up my basement drain and my main was clogged. Called in at 8 and they were fixing the problem 2 hours later. They are a great team, Mark knew exactly what to do, and gave me straight answers to my silly questions. I would recommend them to anyone having issues!

I will start by saying the technician was on time, professional, and did a great quality of work. The reason for my poor rating is that while I should have been a more prepared customer and challenged why I was quoted $748 to install a faucet that I had purchased when it seemed like an unreasonably high price, I went forward with the repair acknowledging and accepting the quoted price. It was after completion that I did some searching online to realize the average price is $300 and no more than $400 (when it was an install that was a duration of one hour and there were no difficulties reported by the technician). I would recommend getting an estimate before you schedule an appointment to have them complete an install to avoid the buyer's remorse that I am experiencing.

John is the best plumber I have ever came into contact with. He’s very personable cares for his customers and is extremely great on price. He has gone above and beyond for me on two visits now. I will only use him for my plumbing needs. I recommend calling him over any big name plumbing company. He even came out around 11 at night when my basement flooded. Truly a great plumber and even better of a human.

They came out to unclog a main drain. They were not successful because their cable wasn't long enough. They rescheduled to come out with a bigger machine. But they didn't show and didn't call. When I called, Denice said they were on another job but would come out after that. When they still hadn't come out I called in one more time. That's when Denice told me they wouldn't be able to come that day at all. But no one had bother to let me know until I called. She said they could schedule for the following week. Instead I went with another company that could come out on Saturday. But that company only had a 100 ft cable and that wasn't long enough. So I tried one more time with Curt and Jerry because they confirmed they had a longer cable. I scheduled it for today but told Denice several times that it couldn't be between 2:15 and 3:15 when I had another commitment. That's exactly when service person called to notify that he was on his way. When I told him I couldn't make it then, he asked if my tenant could. I told him I would check and call back. It took all of two minutes to learn that in fact my tenant was home and could meet them. But by the time I called back serviceman said he was already on his way to another job and couldn't do it, but said he'd come over afterwards which should be some time around 3 pm. I called at 3:30, Denice couldn't tell me when they would be over but assured me I was next and they would be over today. I asked if she could check with them to make sure they could make it. She said she couldn't bother them. They never came. When I tried calling around 4:30 - office was already closed. Denice never called to let me know they wouldn't be coming over. Pretty lousy customer service. I'm disappointed because I had used Curt and Jerry before and they did good work. But this was repeatedly poor customer service.

Over the weekend, our sewage got blocked and started backing up through the laundry room. Fortunately, our home had a warranty so I called the company, and they scheduled a plumber to come out. After taking almost 3 days before coming to the house, the plumbers stayed for less than 30 minutes, unknowingly shattered out toilet with the snake, and didn't even unclog our drain.My wife was literally in tears. She had no idea what to do so she called Roto-Rooter. They said they'd be to our house in an hour. Not only were they fast, they were also polite and hardworking. Our plumber, Kimoe, was persistent to fix the clog and even called for backup to ensure the problem would be fixed.The Roto-Rooter plumbers were eventually able to find the clean out valve (something the other plumbers insisted we didn't have) and remove the clog successfully. I can't thank Roto-Rooter enough. They came into a situation that seemed hopeless, and they didn't give up until the problem was solved. The same cannot be said for our previous plumbers. If you want a plumber that's professional, kind, and will stay until the job is done, this is the place for you!

Snappy has great email communication and sent techs out same day when we needed work coordinated with another contractor. Josiah and Brett were very professional and friendly - they did our basement bathroom rough in as well and are coming back out once walls are up to finish the job. We’ve had a great experience.
