Today's call was for maintenance clean-out of our sewer line to prevent costly repairs down the road. Lucas had originally helped me select a new shower fixture on a previous call. After a supply chain delay, the Delta fixture was delivered and Lucas installed it. It took longer than anticipated, but job was completed neatly and it looks great. ?

They came right away once things were worked out, but the subcontracted leak detection company did not find leak after two searches and left plumbing company to figure it out. Three places were drilled into our slab instead of one. This caused charges for moving the water heater and furnace which did not need to be moved. No protection provided to keep concrete dust off of furniture and belongings and we breathed it in each time. A small hole was made in the utility closet wall to look for the leak that was not repaired. Our bathroom sink/vanity was removed to fix the leak, which ended up being in the bathroom. The sink was left in our unused bedroom and has not been replaced. The furnace was put back but it is not running the way it was before it was moved.

Had a supervisor at my home on Saturday afternoon within an hour. He video scoped my line, found the issue, and went over my options in detail. The next day a tech came out to thoroughly clean my line. Very please with the service and the tech.

Great follow thru and professionalism. We had a critical plumbing issue and I felt that the technicians were sensitive to our dilemma.

Ron with Acme came out today and did a Teralift and replaced the line from the house to the tank. Felt he was honest and genuine with the work that needed to be done for optimal performance on our septic. Turn around for the work to be done was only a few days. Have used them in the past for inside plumbing as well. Will use them again in the future.

Called about replacing an outdoor water spigot, quoted me a fantastic price, showed up within a few hours and knocked it out. Super nice guy, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend !

I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! (Bridget heard the panic in my voice and got me someone out quick!) I have used this company for years and they are excellent. Great work, reasonable pricing, and friendly, professional staff.
