I have used Pristine for a few years now- great leadership, training, and professionalism is evident on all accounts. The owner himself is very prompt with responses and communicative, and the service guys he employs that I’ve met/spoken with clearly really care about their clients- the best part is they won’t lie to you and charge reasonable prices. I’m a busy real estate broker and personal investor and I’ve had them address numerous types of issues, from gas and water leaks to water softener/heater installation or rerouting plumbing/drainage issues. PP’s technician Robert, in particular, has been a godsend and has helped save me money and costs in more than one way. They’re flexible and they take time to go over things with their customers- I feel I’m always given adequate explanations and recommendations, and I always seem to leave the conversation with a much better understanding of the problem and why we need to do x, y, or z in order to fix it. They’re definitely the best plumbing team I’ve worked with (in many years in the business) and I’ll continue referring them to my clients as well.

I called Bob by phone to see how to best address a frozen pipe issue. He was very generous with his time and explained my options although he would not perform any work and get paid for services. If I need a plumber Bob will definitely be my first call.

Was here within a day and installed new water heater and identified that the last person who touched our water cut off did not secure it properly so they fixed that too. This is a great company!!

We called Casey and he was able to get here within the hour. He did a quick, awesome job fixing a pipe to our water heater that was leaking. Very professional and kind. And affordable!!

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

Told me I didnt have a leak and needed a new water softener, which they sold me. 2 weeks later, no hot water. Came back out and said I had a leak. Leak detection tells me that I had the leak all along and that I didnt need a new water heater.

I called and I don't think he understood what I was trying to say. I thnk this is one man with his own company, not like a corporation. He was friendly but not structured. Did not use services.

I had a busted valve over my water heater and water spraying across my laundry room yesterday afternoon (Friday). I called my home warranty company and was told no one could come out until Tuesday. My mom got Danny's information from a neighbor and a few minutes later he was at my house fixing the issue. Because of him I didn't have to wait all weekend with water leaking everywhere. He was knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly with very reasonable pricing. Will recommend him to everyone!

Josh installed a water heater and water softener for us. He was very professional and kind! He answered all my questions thoroughly. I was concerned about our salt tank leaking, he assured me that it wouldn’t leak. He put a hose on back of tank that feeds to the drain so I wouldn’t worry. He arrived at 9am and gave me an estimated complete time of 1 pm. He worked by himself and got the job done at 1pm. I highly recommend Josh and Carter’s My Plumber!
