Shout out to Hope Plumbing for a job well done! We had a new water softener installed - shut off valve - kitchen faucet - garbage disposal and guest bathroom sink repaired and upgraded after 19 years. Being in a 104 year old home always presents challenges - but both Alex and Jon were amazing! They worked hard from arrival to departure always keeping us informed - updated - and aware. They were sensitive to us both not being well with bad colds and loved on our dog like it was their dog. They were personable - polite - engaging - and professional! Although our repairs were expensive - they were fair and competitively priced and most importantly guaranteed. We are now Hope Pkumbing members and will refer Hope Plumbing to our friends, family and neighbors! Thanks Alex and Jon!

Doug B. was awesome as always. Professional, thorough, polite, and answered all questions and concerns I had. This is the second time I’ve had him out for plumbing services and I can’t say enough nice things about him and Pristine Plumbing. I am sure I am biased but if I ever have a plumbing issue I’d love to request Doug to come help if at all possible. I know my plumbing is in good hands and if you don’t pay for a Pristine Promise I’d highly recommend. They did an excellent job replacing an old worn out toilet that cracked and was leaking. Showed up on time and was very professional. Cleaned up after themselves. They even addressed some other plumbing issues I'm having even though that wasn't what the initial appointment was for.My one and only negative reaction was the price point charged to replace a toilet. Seemed a little bit high. More than what I was expecting. But I was fine paying it because I couldn't do the job myself or even hall the old toilet away. Happy customer. One less thing to worry about. Thank you!

Replaced cloths washer valve connections. I received a quote for the job the same day I submitted a request and had an appointment (this was quick, easy and fair). Four days later the job was done with no hassle. Adam called and asked if they could arrive early and this was great. When they arrived Adam confirmed our agreed upon price and explained what they were going to do. This was helpful because the job was more involved than I originally thought and involved some customization due to the uniqueness of the valve box placement. Adam looked at some other work I need done and I received a quote the same day. Over all just a really good experience.

Sean was so professional and courteous. He worked on my kitchen sink that has a very difficult drain that he spent hours working on. He explained everything to me in a way I understood and it was great service.

The LD Smith people were very professional and were willing to answer all our questions. They came rain or shine. Got a new sewage lateral of 100 feet put in with trenchless technology in three days. Had minimal damage to lawn. Very good at cleaning up afterward. They are nice, competent people.

I called to schedule a service call. The lady was nice and very professional, and within a few minutes I received a call-back from the plumber/owner. I told him my issue, and he said he'd be happy to come take a look for $100, but he went on to offer me free advice as to how to troubleshoot the issue myself. I asked several questions, and he took the time to explain exactly what I should do and what I should look for. He was very patient. Lastly, he said to call back if I had any more questions, had any trouble, or wanted him to come over and fix the problem. I'll definitely use Weilhammer again!

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Aaron was very knowledgeable and explained the work he performed and what went bad with the old water heater. The water heater was under warranty and the Company was very easy to work with throughout the replacement process.

I had a really clogged drain and had a previous plumbing service come out and they was very unprofessional, Only took a little time to unclog my drain and wanted to dig up my floor so I called Roto Rooter and Supervisor Arnold Hunn came out Id 0821 and was so kind and courteous, went through all the steps with me and the information he gave me was totally opposite of the other company, he quickly called one of his guys out and fixed everything for me within 2 hrs, I was so impressed and Thankful. I thought my Floor was going to be ruined along with my Thanksgiving, I am recommending Roto Rooter to all my friends and family and putting it on my facebook page. Arnold was so knowledgable and professional. He assured me he would unclog my drain and he was totally sincere.

Bob the Plummer was awesome!! I called on a Saturday for an emergency call-out on a clogged up toilet that had been clogged since Wednesday. (4 person household, 1 toilet, you do the math... This was an EMERGENCY!) In the initial phone call I was told 2-3 hours which was fine, since most places couldn't help me til Sunday or Monday. But once I texted my info to this business, I was told 35 mins as the ETA! Within 10-15 mins, our toilet was fixed, and I longer had to go to McDonald's to pee. I couldn't be happier with the fast and friendly service.

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues.
