Best Sump Pump Installation in Indianapolis IN

Called for a sump pump repair and they sent out a guy the same day. They waived the appearance fee because I was a first time customer. Brian was super nice and gave me options for replacing my sump pump. He went and got the supplies and returned promptly, then gave me a rundown when he was done. Very happy with their service and especially with Brian.

Beware of price you might pay!! I used them to clear a drain in my basement that didn’t drain properly, they tried clearing it and said it was collapsed and it would cost thousands to fix. Online said $99 drain clearing but they charged $270 because I didn’t have an outside clean out. In short I payed $270 for them to tell me my drain didn’t work and the included camera inspection they will not do because there is no point. Ended up doing the plumbing myself for $300

I would definitely recommend 3 Kings Plumbing. I'll be saving their number for my future plumbing needs. Had a septic smell (sewer gas leak) in our house that was hard to locate. Had a couple other plumbers out to try and diagnose the problem, but they were no help at all and were unable to figure out the problem. Then I called 3 kings. They came out and took care of business. They were knowledgeable, honest, and fair. It was a very tough leak to locate so they even ordered new equipment to do a smoke test which helped them find it and fix it very quickly (and I would add for a great price). Overall very impressed with my experience.

I went with L.D. from other companies based on reviews and that they deal with a particular brand I was interested in switching to for a new tankless heater. Service and installation was excellent, would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing work.

Overpriced. Charged $200 to pull and replace a bad element (that is almost 1/3 of the installed price of the complete water heater he put in several years earlier). He was here approximately 25 minutes. When I asked the repairman why so high, he said the truck charge alone was $150. An element averages $15.
Response to Mark: Your repairman did not flush the tank. All he did was quickly pull the old element and stick in the new one. Things are not that tough for me; I just don't like to be overcharged, and I obviously thought I was in this instance. Your guy spent some time in his truck while preparing the receipt. I would assume he would have contacted you to discuss the fact that I was unhappy with the charge since, as I told him, was almost 1/3 of the original heater that was installed in 2007. It does not need to be replaced. It just needed the element. Is the truck chg really $150?
11/29/17 response: Mark, changing your original response and continuing to insult me, in my opinion, is not a very professional move for any business owner. Do you honestly feel that any customer, or potential customer, who desires a fair price deserves to be told You know., if times have gotten that tough for you? Reminds me of an auto dealership where, after negotiating for the best price on an Escalade, the manager made a similar statement by suggesting we look to a lesser vehicle if we could not afford it. We walked out and bought the Escalade elsewhere. Not a good move by any owner or manager.
Again, is your truck charge really $150?

Very grateful for Danny and Bill; their expertise and knowledge not only helped alleviate our sewer draining problem (along with a stuck snake!), but taught us some important things about the state of our piping.

I tried to get my kitchen sink draining again on my own, but to no avail. I knew I had to use a plumbing company and since I’d used Roto-Rooter before I was confident that they would solve my problem. I was worried that since it was a weekend that I would have to pay an additional cost, but was told when I called, that would not be the case. They told me I would have a technician in 2 hours or less. Kyle Wiening was my technician. He was very approachable, knowledgeable, a good listener and was willing to let me learn by watching him. He treated my home with respect as he would his own. He put on the shoe protection and was very careful when setting up and using the device that removed the blockage. He also educated me on how to use the garage disposal so I won’t have any further issues. Even though the clogged up kitchen sink was stressful, Kyle made it a pleasant experience. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and, if I have future issues, I will use Roto-Rooter again and request him. ????Holly Saunders-Avery

Our home warranty company assigned Plumb Doctor to repair our water heater. Ashlyn called first thing in the morning to schedule the appointment. She was extremely friendly and professional. They were able to schedule a same-day appointment. Our technician, Dustin, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it that same afternoon. He was knowledgeable and considerate and made recommendations on how we can avoid the problem in the future. Our experience with Plumb Doctor was the smoothest we have had with any contractor assigned by our home warranty company.
