The Andy diagnosed the issue and had to call to get replacement parts. From his experience and knowledge of water heaters, Andy also ordered a propane valve. Andy worked his tail off and completed the job by 9:10pm. The family and I are happy with his work and took nice warm showers the next day.

It was time to replace our previous water heater. Chris explained the options of repair & replacement along with the costs involved. Decided to go with a new unit. Chris & Matt were professional & courteous. The installation of the new water heater was taken care of in a very timely manner. Grateful Plumbers arrived early and were very professional. We needed a jacuzzi tub faucet replaced and we were both very impressed with their knowledge. They were our second estimate and it came in at about half of the previous one. We Did use them for the repair and plan on using them for our irrigation system also.

Ciriello’s rebuilt the main water feed into our commercial building and rebuilt 2 Backflow valves. All work was done on time as quoted. I would definitely use them again.

$303 to be told we needed a new sump pump. Tech should have had the experience to check that out initially, or knowledge to present the possibility. After statin $303 was owed tech stated he could install new pump for $600+. I bought one at Menards for $109 pkys tax and installed in less than an hour. Never again with this group.

The service person was on time and professional gave good recommendations for the future. Definitely would use them again.

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

Price of installation of a simple faucet was totally ridiculous.
