We had a 10 year old water heater that was installed with the house. The sensor went out on it and we were not getting any hot water. Mitch, very patiently, went through our options to replace the sensor or to replace with a newer model. He explained that replacing the sensor would just be a band aid that could last a day, week, year or 2?? He had no way of knowing, but knows that water heaters tend to only last 8-10 years. We were on the upper end of that. He had with him a replacement and was able to get it installed in a couple of hours at a very good price. Keeping in mind, that I called Pristine Plumbing at about 8:15 am for a broken sensor and had a brand new system by 2pm, I would say that this was the best service I have received from any trades organization. I would highly recommend them.

I had a clogged sewer line that I was hoping to get cleared. I was told it would be $400 just to remove the toilet and look in the pipe. I was also told in order to clear the blockage once they locate it they would have to install a new clean out for $3,000-$5,000, though they couldn't tell me a specific price. I had my toilet off before they even left my driveway and did it myself for for about 100$ with a Home Depot rental auger. I paid them 49$ for coming to talk to me. I found it hard to believe that a professional with high quality tools couldn't have cleared my line for less than $3,400-$5,400 when I did it myself my first try with a basic piece of rental equipment. I was very disappointed.

Josh and his teammate showed up and saved the day for us! Faucet install, replumb, garbage disposal install, and hooked up our dishwasher again. When the original plumber backed out on our install after getting new countertops put in a few days ago, Carter's was here to save the day for us super last minute on a Friday! Great quality service and obvious that Josh & team have tons of knowledge. Cannot recommend them enough!

Cassie and Eric were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. They showed empathy for the fact that we had no running water for 4 days. (The landlord said Monday was the soonest you could come out). I couldn't be happier with the service we received and they fully cleaned up their mess. A++++++++ . I am sharing this wherever i can. I had to use this service due to a home warranty. I would NEVER use this service again. I had just moved into a new home in Meridian Kessler. Understanding there might be an issue down the road with tree roots and issues with pipes, I never expected this the first week we moved in. Home warranty sent these people out to snake the drains. At that time I was told the line was clear but they recommended I get a camera inspection - which I totally understand. Since I thought the line was open, I stupidly thought I had a bit of time before I got the inspection. A week later, the same issue occurred with raw sewage in the basement. The same people came and told me I needed to leave the home and that I needed a whole new main sewer line. This was done with the worst customer service/communication skills I have ever encountered. I then asked for a copy of the camera inspection, when I was told I didn't record it. If you want it i will have to charge you. This tipped me off that something wasn't right, you either recorded it or you didn't. Why would I pay for something again that I just paid for? It didn't make sense. I was upset (as one could imagine) and not sure what to do. We have an elderly mother and several pets that would need to be moved. In the meantime and more money out the door, Hope plumbing (who I recommend highly) came in and they were able to open the line enough to give us a few more days in the home (using water conservatively). I paid for this outside of the warranty. LD Smith then had enough nerve to send me a quote for almost 15,000 dollars to put in a new sewer line, after I had kicked their plumber out of my home and asked him not to send me a quote. Another company that specializes in drains (Nuflow, who are awesome as well), came in and did another camera inspection and they were able to open the line completely. Guess what? My main line is intact and just needed to be flushed with more powerful equipment. Bottom line is I felt taken advantage of by this company, in a moment of stress. Thank goodness there are ethical companies in the world who will do the right thing by their customers. This sadly is not one of them.

I am always nervous to choose a company to fix Anything in my home. Been a homeowner for 16 years and have never met someone that made me feel at ease - and that I could trust him - until now. Well, actually a year or so ago I had Weilhammer Plumbing out to repair a water heater & liked them then. Today I had them install a brand new water softener. Again, I feel he was completely polite, honest, and efficient. I called several companies to get quotes and explanations of what they would do. I originally called Weilhammer to install a water heater I was going to purchase elsewhere - he was happy to do that but, after educating me on water softeners (which I definitely needed that education) I decided to go with the person that I felt was most trustworthy and true. Thank you Weilhammer Plumbing!!! I wish you did HVAC as well - you would get all of my business!

I had to have my water heater replaced and luckily I was still under warranty for parts but unfortunately not labor. Roto Rooter came out, which by the way I highly recommend service technician #6516 his name is Van. Very professional! He went above and beyond to take care of something for me that he knew I wasn’t happy about and got it taken care of when honestly he didn’t have to. If and when I have to call on Roto Rooter again for anything I’m asking for Van! Great customer service!

Alijah Jenkins came out ahead of schedule and found where the leak was under our sink, offered to replace the cracked drain and replace the other that was also old. I'd rather an expert do it so we told him to do both. He was very professional and personable and did a great job with the install. I have used Plumb Doctor in the past, so it was nice they had a record of some of the work they did on the sink before. Previously we had a clog, whereas this time it was a separate issue with the crack in a different area. Alijah noticed it within seconds and I was happy because he was in and out in less than an hour and saved me the hassle and frustration of figurine out by myself and making trips to the store.

ACME did an AWESOME job on replacement of garbage disposal and water heater expansion tank installations. Management provided great service and communication when scheduling work at a VERY affordable price. Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and displayed a high level of professionalism.Definitely would recommend and will use again. Thanks ACME!!

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

The installers were on time and done way sooner than I anticipated. Which was a great thing! The price was reasonable and less than what Lowes wanted to charge me.
