Seth today cleared out my clogged drain in the shower! Explained all he was doing and executed efficiently. No pressure at all! He was fun to talk with and very knowledgeable. I would definitely request him again.

We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

The Tech was very polite and knowledgeable.

Received a text from a tenant that the water was not draining in the sinks and was coming up into the shower. I do not have a regular plumber, so I had the tenant make the appointment with Roto-Rooter. The response was immediate and a technician was at the residence in 30 minutes.Technician Domonic Nelis was prepared and quickly diagnosed the apparent problem. He professionally presented me with the estimate and I agreed to have the work performed. Domonic was clean, courteous, answered all question and listened to suggestions for repairs. Ultimately had to run the snake into a few drains to remove noodles that the tenant had sent through the drain system.Completely satisfied, and with four rental properties plus my residence, would not hesitate on calling again.

The Plumb Doctor has great service. They got me in immedietly, and fixed my issue. The technician was very nice, and even entertained by wired toddler while he was working. Tim is the best!!!

Did as expected.

I found Solomn on Thumbtack and could not be more pleased. I am a DIY guy but when it comes to certain tasks, I want to have an expert but not feel like I was overcharged. Reasonable Plumbing was exactly what I wanted. Extremely professional, double checks work and reviews with you to make sure what you asked to be done is and if you are satisfied. They were on time in their narrow window, courteous, polite, and knowledgeable - bottom line is I know the job was done right, for a reasonable price and I would definitely both recommend and have him back out if I have another project or need!

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.
