Very quick response. I think it took Hope plumbing less than an hour to get to my house. Also, the man on the phone was very knowledgeable and nice.Richard V. was dispatched to our house. He was very professional and great at explaining everything. I don’t know much about gas leaks so I was extremely thankful that he helped me communicate with citizens.I would definitely work with Hope Plumbing again. Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

He literally just finished the job I'm very pleased. I had several other quotes and everyone was telling me that I needed a brand new hot water heater. How ever he knew exactly what the problem was and I did not need a hot water heater. He is very direct and very helpful with his information and even helped me set me up for any future regular maintenance. Definitely in my contacts now and will recommend him to others. Danny was awesome! Arrived on time, educated me on our system, answered all my questions, and made great recommendations for future needs.

My technician did a great job locating the source of our sewer problem. He then worked hard to fix the problem and unclog our drain. After years and years of build-up, our pipe had some major issues, but now we're back in business.

Great people Morgan called me 30 minutes before the tech arrived his name Dave he was great respective person gave me an all the info that I need to make decisions on and says call any time I appreciate that :))

I called Bob and he gave me tips to help me clear my clog in the kitchen sink first. He said if this didn't work to call him back and he would be happy to come out. This way could save me money up front. I would definitely prefer to try to clear it myself first! Good guy. Never met him but will definitely be calling him back should I need him.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.
