Highly recommend. Good experience. Friendly plumber. They were upfront with me in terms of when someone could come over a weekend (I opted to wait until the weekday) and kept in contact via email and text. Leon Hiepner came out to do the work and did a great job. My only complaint is that even though I told them what I wanted done (replace shut-off valves and supply lines), they did not stock the vans with the supplies needed and Leon had to make two runs to a supply store.

My home is 120 years old, I have 80 year old clay tile pipes. my pipes require a skilled maintenance and service. Ron with pristine plumbing has provided me with expert service, knowledge, and troubleshooting to make sure I could get a backflow preventer without having to did up my whole yard and maintain my lines. this has saved me a lot of money and my clay pipes have a long life ahead. He was awesome explaining the necessary service so that I understood it clearly and could make the best choice. It was a pleasure to finaly work with a company that actually has integrity and knowledge and gave me a fair cost. being a single woman I find serious irregularities in the quotes I get from home repair companies. I never had this problem with Ron at pristine plumbing. He has always been more than fair. I am very grateful for their services !!!! thank you so much for being honest!!!

Three Kings installed a new water and drain line for a washer, installed a sink and garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Courteous, professional and great value!! Will use them for all our plumbing needs!

Toby did a great job. He was very efficient and installed the faucet. He was very courteous and didn’t leave a mess after the faucet removal and then installation of the new one. I’ll use this company again.

I’ve never received such poor service. Besides the faucet dripping after a supposedly new one was installed, the owner then insisting it’s normal and they’ll charge me another $49 to come out again if he thinks nothing is wrong, a couple days later I noticed numerous scratches in the wood laminate flooring in front of the rug in front of the sink. I don’t know what they did but clearly you cannot trust these guys in your home. Apparently putting something down to protect the floor was too much trouble for them. They clearly don’t care and only give good service to certain people. They only offer a 30 day guarantee on their own work but tell me delta offers a lifetime warranty on the faucet. Conveniently they took the box the faucet came in and any warranty information with them. The receipt they sent shows only one price for everything, $359. No company accepts that as proof of purchase. They were here for 30 minutes and only did damage.

Awesome service! Mike came out to replace our water heater the same day ours went out and was very quick, professional, and helpful...not mention very reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing help.

Have had a few projects completed by Phil, and every time it was quick and efficient. He walked me through the problems we were having with our bathroom sinks, explained how he was going to fix it and then had tips for preventing the issue in the future. Phil also did some work on the water heater and was great about keeping costs down and walking me through the process. He did a great job cleaning up afterwards and left the room cleaner than it was before! We will always call these guys for our needs in the future!

Kyle was on time, professional, and thorough. While here to fix leaks around hot water heater he also noticed my washer drain needed to be higher. As a new home owner, they were able to help with several problems. Great communication and the work was done well. They are my new plumbers!!

Superbowl Sunday and a backed up bathtub! We needed our main line cleared and with only one bathroom we needed it fast. We called RotoRooter. They said it would be within 3 - 4 hours, but 20 minutes later they called and said they were on their way. Khume (4293) came out and was able to clean the line and treat it. Very grateful that it was done quickly and politely.
