Absolutely abhorrent communication and business practices. This group shared that they would work on certain products in my home so I scheduled a babysitter and called off work to have them done. They day of service they call and say that they cannot provide what was asked.

I record all phone calls and I am happy to provide to anyone interested.

We made an appointment for 2-4PM. Our technician didn't show up until almost 7PM with no communication from them. Then he said he couldn't fix it that night or he would have to charge us emergency after hours fees because it was too late (if they had shown up on time that wouldn't have been the case).
So he left and said he would email us a quote for the fix and we could make an appointment at that time. We never received an email. We have called and left multiple messages over the past two weeks but we still haven't heard from them. Our time is extremely limited and we're upset that we've wasted this much time on this and still don't have our issue fixed.

Had issues with a previously installed MAXX shower. Came the next day after contacting them and took care of it quickly. Kyle was very professional and friendly. Will definitely use again!

I called Mark Weilhammer today with a leaking pressure relief valve on my water line. One of his competitors had sent out one of their plumbers with a helper earlier that morning,and upon checking the valve said it needed to be replaced. Cost estimate apx. $600. I thought that was absurd. I called Mark and he said he could be here this afternoon and I said great see you then. He arrived at apx. 3:30 and I showed him a picture of the defective valve. He went into the crawl space with a new valve and was done about 4:00. The cost was considerably less than the competitors quote from the morning. He was courteous, efficient and knew exactly what to do without wasting multiple trips into the crawl space. Very happy with the job. Thanks Mark

We had them out to perform mainenance and descale our tankless water heater. They performed the work efficiently. Now we feel confident our hard water hasn't created any problems and our water heater is good for another year!

I had major main sewer Line repair. I got a loan through a bank. that finances work, for Roto Rooter. A week after repairs I still had a big uncovered hole and mound of soil in my front yard. I had been told that city inspectors had to inspect the sewer line before hole could be filled. one week later I called technician Jason. asking again when will the hole be filled. This so called professional told me (Soon). When I replied that his answer was not professional. Everything went south. At the start of the proposal. I asked Jason if my Shield coverage would cover the repairs. He answered No. Roto Rooter was paid $3,770 for repairs. recently I asked for a Paid IN Full statement, for the amount shown. i was mocked because I stated that I would contact the bank and attorney general. I am 76 years old. Be very alert when dealing with these deceit people Roto Rooter.

On the morning of August 31st, 2017 I called ACME due to a septic issue. I'd called a handful of other places and been told that it would be at least a week before they could come out. Upon calling ACME the woman that answered the phone was friendly, upfront about pricing, and thought she could maybe get someone to my house that day if I was willing to be flexible.
My toilets would not flush and I had family inbound to stay for the weekend, totally cool with me to be flexible.
Throughout the day the tech assigned to me texted and called me to update on what time he would be at my house. I was his last stop of the day before he could start his weekend, but you couldn't tell it. Shane was friendly, efficient, and offered up many tips on how to keep my septic system healthy going forward. After he finished we stood around and chatted, sharing deer hunting stories and pics, well past when he could have just cut the conversation short, ran my credit card, and headed home to his family. As a manager of 70 employees (EMTs and Paramedics) myself, I can only hope our people are as polite, professional, and good humored as Shane was that day.
There is only one plumbing and septic company name in my phone now.
It was very evident to me that ACME cares about their customers and their employees demonstrate it.

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a plumbing company in a long time. Very professional, courteous, and on time. The project was to install plumbing for a two 2 sink vanity, a single vanity, and two showers. They came out on Sunday morning and got it knocked out for me. The price was very reasonable, hence the name. I will definitely use them again.

Cathy was able to quickly obtain replacement cartridge for a 12 year old Hans-Grohe shower control for our master bathroom. Doug did a great job on the installation in a professional and timely fashion
