I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

I called at 8:30am. The receptionist said they would be able to come between 1 and 5 the same day! She called back about a hour later and said there was a cancellation and I would be moved forward. The plumber, Travis, was very knowledgeable and found the leak quickly. He was able to find the leak, replace faulty part, and clean up in less than a hour and half. Reasonably priced.

Mike called back within 10 minutes and came right out AFTER HOURS! Didn’t over complicate the situation and gave a super fair price. In and out in less than an hour and cleaned up when he was done. We have our plumber for all things moving forward.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Attempted to call and schedule work with this company, and they stated they did not have time for our job. After asking for a recommendation for another company that could help, they simply said they did not know anyone. Office staff was not helpful and rude with their communication.

The plumber who came to my house was extremely unprofessional. I asked questions and he treated me like I didn't know anything. I'm not a plumber so obviously my knowledge will be limited.

He performed worked and then told me he couldn't guarantee the work because he wasn't the initial plumber to install my shower. He was unable to tell me how to make payment or what the cost of the work would be. He proceeded to make me wait for a lengthy amount of time before he could determine how payment could be collected.

I do not plan on hiring McNeely ever again for my plumbing needs.

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days. Thank you BnC for all the work you have done in our home. Marshes
