I had a leaky outdoor water hose issue at 5pm on a Friday night. I called Hope Plumbing and they immediately answered and had David here around 8pm. He did an outstanding job and explained step-by-step to me what he was doing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Hope Plumbing, especially for older homes in the Broad Ripple area.

Roto-Rooter was out promptly, and cleared a clog in the drain. The water if flowing smoothly now. The one downside is they couldn't scope the pipe to verify due to a P-trap and they didn't have the smaller scope on hand.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

I have been a customer of Gordon Plumbing for over 20 years…but today that ended. Customer service has lost me as what I would have thought was a valued customer. I set up a sump pump replacement/repair for a morning appointment and was told they would call before they would come my way…no call the morning of the appointment, no call that I recognized that afternoon…I called the next morning and was told that I did not answer the phone so they did not come. I asked if they left a message and they said no. I looked back at my call log, did not have a call in the AM, but one call at 12:43 from an unknown number. I have their number specified in my contacts and the customer service manager indicated that the technician makes the call not the office . Well the call was not in the morning first off, it was from an unknown number and no message. I requested for them to come today and they could not schedule me for over a week out. Obviously, they have so much business that they do not need mine!!

From the initial call with Tammie the customer service was exceptional. Tammie was able to get my service scheduled on the initial call and fit me into an earlier appointment. I called Summer's first and Mr. Plumber was a quicker response for the service I required. The team that handled my issue was very prompt and explained clearly what fix was required. Hayden was the initial tech to assess and when he ran into an issue and needed a camera to assess further Jenny arrived in about 30 minutes and was great in showing what occurred and check the 100ft plus of the sewer pipe to make sure it was clear. This provided confidence in what had to be repaired. Cole and his team arrived a week later, called ahead they were coming and arrived on time. They completed the job in a day and kept me updated on their status through the day. Lastly, I had some questions and Jenny called me back quickly which I didn't expect. To note, she was on vacation and took the time to discuss and was greatly appreciated. This team did a great job from start to finish and would recommend to any of my friends to use their services. I will 100% use Gurney Bush again. I had Gurney Bush replace a drain line on the exterior of my house. This was a very big project that required tearing out the driveway and connecting to the sewer line. My house is 100 years old (had clay pipes, bellies, backup etc) so we ran into some issues when we started digging but Gurney came up with some solutions and worked with me on getting it done. I was very pleased with their pricing, the guys that came to work on the project everyday, and their front office communication. Definitely recommend them for big projects like this.

Our drain backed up on a Sunday afternoon, mid laundry cycle, and the Drain Busters team was at our house within an hour. The fixed the issue, left our basement cleaner than they found it, and were great to work with!

Due to a sharp spike in my water usage last month, I immediately thought I had a leak in a pipe. Called Carter’s on 09/17/21 for a service call. Tonya said they could here be within 2-3 hours. Ecstatic it was same day service. Tonya called me a very short time later stating they’ll be here within the hour!!!!. Once techs got here they immediately checked my meter and didn’t detect any leaks. It was the toilet tank parts I had! They replaced the entire inner parts of the tank with quality and gave me the peace of mind of no leaks. Never used a plumber before and glad I chose Carter’s!
