We had a great experience with Carter’s. Our water heater was spewing water and needed to be replaced. Another plumber wouldn’t even schedule an appointment for us, so we called Carter’s at 8 am. They came right out, didn’t pressure us with any hard sales tactics, gave us straightforward pricing inclusive of tax and labor, and had the new heater installed and ready to go by 1pm. Everyone from the person answering the phone to the installation team was prompt, professional, and service oriented. We’ll gladly use them again.

I would highly recommend this company! I called them for a water heater issue that caused water damage to my home. I explained to the receptionist that it was an emergency and that I needed them immediately! There was someone at my door in less than an hour. The technician they sent out was very professional and friendly. He made a very stressful situation better. He was even able to recommend a restoration company to help with the water damage. I plan on changing out all my faucets this spring and I will definitely be calling this company to do it. Also great to know that they do HVAC as well. Highly highly recommend. My main line was backed up and had about 4 inches of sewer water in my basement. In a couple hours it was good as new. Any major company would've taken days and multiple appointments to vaccuum the water, and then unclog the pipe.
