Contacted Roto-rooter after sewer line clogged again after it was supposedly cleared by another company just 1.5 weeks ago . The company kept me informed on ETA. The plumber listened to my issues and assessed the plumbing set in the house which included going under the crawl space to see pipe set up. Explained the piping set up and where the clean out plugs were located. Explain the repair options in detail including cost. He did explain that an external clean out pipe would be beneficial (1977 home) not only for ease of unclogging system, but cost would be lower if there were any clog. His field supervisor had come during the assessment and he explained his role. The plumber and field manager were very patient and answered all my questions regarding the options, discussed worst case scenarios. The camera assessment of the pipes is included in the pricing where other companies charge this separately. The field manager and plumber talked me through the viewing of the pipes. The plumber was very thorough. He thought he heard some water dripping after he had replaced the toilet and he went back down to the icky crawl space to double check the piping (it was fine). It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and wants to ensure that are fixed. He cleaned up his work area nicely.Fela Colney (technician) and Jarrett Heintz were great! Thanks

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Our building is challenging as it is big but they figured things out- got to work and at the end of the day- cleaned up! Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Corey and Plumb on. He was very knowledgeable and most importantly honest about whether I should have the maintenance done on my water heater. He wasn't trying to sell me anything either. I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend this company! I called them for a water heater issue that caused water damage to my home. I explained to the receptionist that it was an emergency and that I needed them immediately! There was someone at my door in less than an hour. The technician they sent out was very professional and friendly. He made a very stressful situation better. He was even able to recommend a restoration company to help with the water damage. I plan on changing out all my faucets this spring and I will definitely be calling this company to do it. Also great to know that they do HVAC as well. I will be telling everyone to call this plumbing company!

Great service

We have been very well taken care of by Mr. Plumber and their technicians. We've had 5 total technicians because what we thought was just a clogged sink, turned out to be a lot more. Warren (camera) and Jonathan (hydrojet) have gone above and beyond for us to make sure that our problem is getting fixed. They have been honest and given us worst case scenario options and also worked to get things flowing at the lowest cost possible to us. Everyone has also been willing to explain what's going on and answered all of our questions to the best of their ability. Would highly recommend Mr. Plumber to friends/family and will be using again in the future.

Completely worthless. Called them for a quote. I was told that I would have it the same day. It’s 6 weeks later and still no word from them.

What an amazing service Mark provided. We had an emergency with blocked drainage and he made it over in couple hours and fixed the problem. Very professional, courteous and well experienced. I highly recommend Mark and his service and will use his service again.

I called and I don't think he understood what I was trying to say. I thnk this is one man with his own company, not like a corporation. He was friendly but not structured. Did not use services.

Carter's installed a new water softener that I purchased from Lowe's for a home I recently bought and the home previously had a wood boiler that we don't use and when the old water softener died, they installed the new one I purchased as well as 2 new in line sediment filters, and removed all of the old pex connections & water heater for the wood boiler, which created space & looks much neater. I also had an outside spigot installed as the house didn't have one. The work was done quickly & accurately. They even graciously rerouted the water line for my furnace humidifier to begin after the sediment filters & water softener when requested.

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.
