10/10 experience with Hope. Hope was our second opinion when looking to figure out what was wrong with the low hot water pressure throughout the house. Ryan Carter was the technician on the job and was professional, clean, and knowledgeable. Ryan offered several solutions and was able to help us out with the quickest and cheapest one. He was clear in his explanation and run down of the issue. Furthermore, he went out of his way to ensure I received the best price for the job. A kind, respectful and thorough guy. I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! (Bridget heard the panic in my voice and got me someone out quick!) I have used this company for years and they are excellent. Great work, reasonable pricing, and friendly, professional staff.

I needed a diagnostic on my furnace due to incompetence of a third-party Sears Warranty Service provider. Godby was very professional and provided a clear reason for the malfunction of the furnace.

I needed a new refrigerator so I bought one from Sears. Big mistake. It took them three weeks to install and wouldn't set up waterline. My water line is in basement. They told me I needed a shut off valve. Well I called John Fowler plumber because they had come before. Well they came out and fixed my rusty valve and then came out hooked my water line. I will keep them on file. Ran a little slow in getting here but they did not cancel like so many companies.companies

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.

I called Gordon Plumbing since they were a vendor referred by AO Smith as a certified vendor. I was having a problem with my water heater not providing hot water. The tech came to my home and he had a great demeanor. He told me that I was not receiving hot water because there was lime build up. He said to fix the problem that I should install a water softener. Gordon does not sell water softener’s so I called another company to purchase one. The informed me that installing a water softenter is not going to make hot water flow through out my home. This is a measure that needs to be taken after the water heater has been flushed out. This is more of a preventive measure, that it would not remove all the existing lime build up. I called Gordon Plumbing back to inform them of this. The young lady who answered the phone was the rudest customer service rep, I have even encountred. She told me she could send out another technician but I would be another service fee after I had already paid 140.00 with no resolution to the problem. She customer service rep agreed that he should have offered to drain the tank but he never did. I asked to speak with the manager several times, she said “I heard you say that several times”. She never put a manger on the line, only told me that she had spoken with the manger and they could come back out and drain the water heater for another fee or cancel the appointment. I cancelled the appointment after being mistreated and spoken to in a disrespectful manner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS THEY WILL NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM AND WILL BE RUDE TO YOU AS WELL AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THEM. BEWARE!!!! 2-15-18

Well at least they showed up. Cause last night they didn’t. Needed two issues fixed and they left without even looking at my leaking drain from my tub into my basement and they did unclogged the kitchen drain at least, I guess I a got one done but still have my leak on that , Ohh boy. Make your own opinion from what I experienced. Nice guys friend and respectful. Just not happy about still having a leaking issue.

I had a late night plumbing emergency at a vacation rental house I own. The main sewer line was clogged causing the toilet on the main floor to overflow when someone used the upstairs shower. Scott at Gurney Bush came out at 11pm at night and resolved the issue and also educated us on how to prevent the issue in the future. And the charge for late night emergency service was very reasonable. Best overall plumbing experience in years across all of the properties we own/manage. Would definitely recommend and will use again. A++++++

Jarrett came by to attach our new sink and found that the sewer drain was too high. He stayed until after 7:30 on a Friday night to reroute the drainpipe. I couldn't ask for better service.

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.
