Alex P was the drain tech that came out. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. As an afterthought though I think he should be in the commercial though.

Three Kings fixed a leaky shower after another company had failed to find the problem. They took their time diagnosing the issue without having to cut into any walls and did it at a great cost. Highly recommend.

We previously had an awful experience with a different plumbing company. Mr. Rooter plumbing thank goodness was such a breath of fresh air. Our hot water heater went out. I called in the morning and they had technicians out here by noon. I especially loved that they sent a picture of who to expect once they’re on their way. They were extremely professional and patient. Unfortunately our 11 year old water heater was shot and they explained my options to me and what they would recommend based on risks/pricing. We opted for a new water heater and they got it installed the same day. I will 100% be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future. Great customer service!

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

The individual who came out was wonderful. It was the prices. I do not mind paying several hundred for labor. I mind when they say cost of parts is hundreds of dollars. It is not. The cost of part referenced was less than $20 and they asked for $300 some. Not cool. I was looking for a good, honest company to complete a lot of repairs. Didn't find that here.

We had a slab leak, so we had the slab repiped through the walls and ceiling. The team we worked with at Mr. Plumber did an excellent job. They worked hard to understand what we needed and wanted done. They made sure we were aware of the costs and places where we would need drywall and ceiling repaired after they were finished. The crew that did the work called before they came each time, and cleaned up after they were finished. We were pleased with the results and would recommend Mr. Plumber if you find yourself needing similar work done.

We had them out for a clogged kitchen drain, something we experienced a few years ago with the pipe rusting out somewhere under the slab foundation under our living room. We had another plumbing service come out and try to unclog already with the drill and they fully sealed the clog and quoted us to have a jetter used to try to unclog and carters had a better quote for the jetter, so we had them out and the tried the drill first again. The day before that, our well pump went out (of course) so we had them replace that as well. They ended up using the jetter through my roof ventilation access despite me suggeting they try through the outdoor access which would have been closer to where the clog was anyway, but they said it would be easier their way and I'm not a plumber so I didn't argue. So the jetter through the vent pipe made that pipe leak through my ceiling, right above my electric box (thank heavens that caused no further issues) and still couldn't clear the drain. Then they thought they would send the camera down the line. Still couldn't really tell but left me with an estimate to cut into my slab where they thought it could be. A couple days later I noticed a leak coming out of the bottom of my well pump tank but just did not want to deal with them anymore.

Highly recommended and now I know why!

Had an appointment for Feb 13th, made weeks in advance. The employee said he couldn't get the above ground lid off. Says he will be back in the morning. I call in the morning amd receptionist says it will be that afternoon amd I will get a call, that's others are in front of me. I get no call and no service. I call this morning and the receptionist says she was not notified. I say why are you doing other appointments when you didn't make mine. She says the appointments were made 2 and 3 weeks ago. Hello so was mine. Definetly not a reliable company besides that other companies are the same price with I'm sure 100 percent better service.

Trevor was very polite, friendly listened & explained what he was doing. Answered all questions on my level of understanding.

Cliff went above and beyond to help us identify an issue with our main sewer line. He was thorough and explained things well. He worked rapidly to get a solution identified. Even though the work had to be done by another group, Cliff was still willing to answer questions during the repair to make sure I knew what questions to ask. If I have issues in the future, I will call Roto-Rooter.

We just had a new gas line and water heater installed by some really great people at best indy. They are really knowledgeable and professional. We will use them for any of our future needs.
