He was able to trace the source of the two leaks and replaced the old galvanized plumbing with updated code-approved lines. Update3/9: Received a courtesy call from Michelle. Error on Roto Rooter was acknowledged and was accommodated for prior mishaps. They quickly assigned a technician to come out and fix the drain. Quite thankful for that prompt response.--3/8: Had me scheduled for a time slot and was given a call an hr after the scheduled time. Overall service was delayed.

Don't go to a restaurant in your company vehicle, receive good service, but don't rip. Try McDonald's next time!

From beginning to end I was extremely impressed with Austin and Mr. Plumber as a company. They arrived on time for both the estimate and the work to be done. They were not pushy with any sales and very knowledgeable. They advised on many aspects I needed to consider with the age of my water heater and certain things that were not up to code. They quoted a fair price in comparison to other estimates I had received. They were quick, kind, and explained to me all they completed when finished.Overall 10/10 would recommend. ?
