Best Sink Disposal Installation in Indianapolis IN

Tyler and Taylor changed out the leaking valves in the washing machine outlet box so we'd be ready for our new washer being delivered the next day. While they were here, we asked them to remove an old water filter system and update the drain under the kitchen sink. They put in new fittings, checked for leaks, cleaned up, and hauled away all the old parts. It was great watching real pros do things right. We will definitely ask for them the next time we need plumbing work.

They were honest, efficient, and the price was reasonable. Very helpful.

Brandon from Carter repaired the drain line (broken flange, previous poor repair) promptly and properly.. He arrived on time, and started the job
as soon as the scope of work was determined. The price seems to have been fair.

The work was difficult and physically demanding; however; Brandon was more than up to the task. Since we have a one-bath house, it was important that Carter finish the job as quickly as possible. Brandon was sensitive to that issue.

Great experience, my drain was clogged and Cory Spaw came out the next day on behalf of Mr. Rooter and got me fixed up! He was very professional, on time, and got the job done quickly, and now my toilet works!

They cleaned out my sewer line. Took 30min and charged me $484. Way too expensive for the time, effort, and equipment needed. I would not recommend Roto rooter.

Sorry but I appreciate you) guy to my disabled mom’s house and the drain was kinda plugged but they efficiently and effectively got it open and didn’t even have to go inside. They were here on time and professional. The repair they did was perfect and worked great.

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.

They came out to unclog a main drain. They were not successful because their cable wasn't long enough. They rescheduled to come out with a bigger machine. But they didn't show and didn't call. When I called, Denice said they were on another job but would come out after that. When they still hadn't come out I called in one more time. That's when Denice told me they wouldn't be able to come that day at all. But no one had bother to let me know until I called. She said they could schedule for the following week. Instead I went with another company that could come out on Saturday. But that company only had a 100 ft cable and that wasn't long enough. So I tried one more time with Curt and Jerry because they confirmed they had a longer cable. I scheduled it for today but told Denice several times that it couldn't be between 2:15 and 3:15 when I had another commitment. That's exactly when service person called to notify that he was on his way. When I told him I couldn't make it then, he asked if my tenant could. I told him I would check and call back. It took all of two minutes to learn that in fact my tenant was home and could meet them. But by the time I called back serviceman said he was already on his way to another job and couldn't do it, but said he'd come over afterwards which should be some time around 3 pm. I called at 3:30, Denice couldn't tell me when they would be over but assured me I was next and they would be over today. I asked if she could check with them to make sure they could make it. She said she couldn't bother them. They never came. When I tried calling around 4:30 - office was already closed. Denice never called to let me know they wouldn't be coming over. Pretty lousy customer service. I'm disappointed because I had used Curt and Jerry before and they did good work. But this was repeatedly poor customer service.

Reid from Peterman replaced our leaky outside faucet. Did a great job and completed his work very quickly. We are very satisfied and rely on Peterman for all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE ROTO- ROOTER BRANCH THAT CAME OUT TO THE CHESWICKVILLAGE APARTMENTS AND SHUT OFF THE WATER SYSTEM AROUND 11 AM ON OCTOBER 23, 2017 AND LEFT IT OFF! HE DIDN'T FINISH THE JOB BECAUSE HE HAD TO GO TO A CLASS! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL CAN YOU GET! IF YOUR NOT QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB THEN DON'T TAKE IT AND CERTAINLY DON'T TRY AND FIX THE ISSUE AT HAND!!!

We just had a new gas line and water heater installed by some really great people at best indy. They are really knowledgeable and professional. We will use them for any of our future needs.
