Jeremy Fox, my technician, was thorough and helpful. He did an inspection and found some issues that another company had missed. He talked me through what needs to be done without pressure, and fixed the original issue quickly and efficiently (I had been trying to fix it myself for 3 days). He didn't mind my questions and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. It was like I didn't just meet a person who was in a hurry to get the job done, but that I had met a friend. Great job Hope Plumbing, and especially Jeremy.

They called before letting us know of Austin’s arrival. Austin let us know what to expect at the beginning of the appointment and was professional in his explanation of the plumbing problem. He helped us understand the issue was with the original install. He was very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use Benjamin Franklin again as well as recommend them to anybody I know that needs some plumbing work.

Had a clogged pipe during our home inspection and they resolved the problem for a fair price. Had an issue with part of our bill that they also resolved. Great customer service and would recommend to all in need of drain repair.

Victor was very professional in his work, also very knowledgeable and present. He worked hard to try and figure out what my problem was. He got it fixed was very focused on it and would not give up. Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Jason was a pleasure to work with and very timely. They were able get out with in 2hrs of my septic backing up into my living room and help fix the issue.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

Called about having a quote done for a water heater that went out they were very responsive and eager to help resolve my issues. Had a quote within 24 hours and must say was a very respectful one at that.

Overpriced, Unprepared, Bad Service, and Threatening

Before you think I am a hothead, read this: I called Gordon hoping for a more personal touch and maybe a less expensive bill than a larger brand company. Had a busted garbage disposal and a leak under the kitchen sink. I told the receptionist what I needed and asked about getting my own garbage disposal and having their plumber install it. She said , “You can do that but you’ll be charged $100 for the installation. I assumed that letting them install their own disposal unit might include a lower labor cost but did not ask. I did ask if their plumber would have a garbage disposal with him and was told, yes, he would.

Our plumber arrived. He checked under the sink and said he couldn’t find a leak, but there was an open pipe connection with dried material around the opening suggesting it was the source. He could not tell where the pipe came from given som extra lines from an old ice machine (not working or turned on). I asked him to plug the opening. He said he couldn’t because he didn’t have the right materials! He told me it was easy and I could just go to Lowe’s and do it myself. (Um, that’s why I called you.) So I asked him to replace the disposal. He told me he did NOT have one on the truck and had to go to a store and buy it. He returns with an expensive unit plus mark up, installs it, and shows me a bill for about $530 explaining that he had bought the brand that matched the broken unit and then billed me for the time he went shopping. That’s over 2 hours for labor and a bill of $530 for a garbage disposal! (Checking the leak took less than 10 minutes.) So I asked him to call his supervisor. He called and they did cut the bill but only around $75 and only after extended haggling. While on the phone, he makes this comment to his supervisor so I can hear him, “I’m not sure I’m gonna take any more of this”....as if he was thinking about getting physical. Like I had no right to challenge an outrageous bill. Don’t get me wrong I was not happy, but I was not threatening in any way. They got my money. I wouldn’t give him yours.

They sent a superstar jetter/drain(Adam,Andrew? Sorry but I appreciate you) guy to my disabled mom’s house and the drain was kinda plugged but they efficiently and effectively got it open and didn’t even have to go inside. Awesome, Amazing Knowledgeable guys. I’d trust my moms plumbing to them anytime I’m out of town. Thanks for squeezing it in! You guys are the best and made everyone’s night. Water heater went out, he told me to boil water for baths , and he would sell used water heater after his vacation, and charge to install

David put in a new kitchen sink faucet in for us and it was a real pain in the butt I could tell but he kept his cool and finished the job quickly and it works awesome now. We originally called him because we had a leak somewhere in the wall in the kitchen and he found it immediately, cut the drywall behind the dishwasher and repaired the pipes and did a great job!
We called him a second time because of the great job he did for us the first time to disconnect a water softener in my daughters house and he had it done in no time and she was very pleased with the communication and the work and said she will recommend him to her friends!

We just had a new gas line and water heater installed by some really great people at best indy. They are really knowledgeable and professional. We will use them for any of our future needs.

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days.
