Nobody wants to spend money to fix plumbing issues but we had another great experience with Hope Plumbing today. David Christensen cared about doing the work right and was an all-around nice guy. He loved my dogs which didn’t hurt either! ☺️

There technician came out and tried to clear the washing machine drain, he was unable to snake the drain. I was charged $90. The next day they sent a license plumber out to give an estimate to replace the drain pipe, install a washing machine box and a vent pipe, there estimate was $3500. I decided to get a second estimate from a 5 star plumbing company, there estimate was $1600 to do the exact same work. I hired the company to do the work. Benjamin Franklin should not price gouge and should offer fair pricing.

Brad was amazing! He gave great advice and provided excellent customer service! We have struggled to find a plumber we feel like we can trust, is cost friendly, and does great work, but now we will use Carter’s My Plumber for all of our plumbing needs!

Clean out put in and partial sewer replacement. Company had best estimate out of three. They came out straight away and explained everything in a way I could understand and answered my questions in a way I could understand without being condescending. Technicians were professional.They worked in the time frame allotted and company office communicated when they had to push back due to weather/rain. I had to have them back out for a small leak from a pipe not tightened enough and they were out the next day. Work seems like it was done right.I would hire again. Thanks for taking care of everything.

Thief’s, they will try to steal your money at any cost. My issue was super easy and they want to break into the wall and charge me more. End up not going with their plan and they charged me 100$ for nothing, I fixed my problem alone and stopped the leak all that cost me 4$. Do not use them and stay away from them, that company is good for stealing not fixing

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

This is the fourth project I've had repaired by Carters. I've been overly pleased each time from the minute the phones are answered until the job is complete and the repairmen walk out the door. Payton Tarr was incredibly personable and kept us in the loop throughout the process of running maintenance checks on our system. Ended up telling us about a way to protect our new furnace that we didn't even know about and had what we needed to do it right away. All the while, she was kind and friendly to our dogs and put them at ease as she passed through the house. 100% love the quality people Peterman Bros hires and hope to see Payton again!

Called to get quote for installing dishwasher apparently they don't do that. Asked what the charge is for installing kitchen faucet, they don't have clue. Asked what the charge is for Outdoor Faucet Sillcock install they don't have a clue. Only answer gave me there is $69 diagnostics charge to come out and look at the faucet! Really? Another plumbing company that don't know how much would it cost to install simple kitchen faucet?!
