Jacob has awesome! Very prompt, professional, and friendly. He thoroughly explained what was happening and what needed accomplished. Attempted to save us money at every corner. Not that I want plumbing issues, but I know I’ll be in good hands when I do.

John did an excellent job in what I thought was a p trap issue and it was more economical to replace a worn out disposal. He also squeezed in a toilet repair. He explained a Benjamin Franklin ‘Society’ perk which allowed more savings and gives priority status in the future. We had had several ‘fix it’ guys for these issues and I feel much better having the issue repaired correctly with a 2 year parts and labor warranty behind it. The call center did a great job yesterday as I called after hours and they got us in the first am window available the following morning.

Came to House 2 times said Water pressure was too high. Looked at water hammering and had to order part. Came back 2nd time with part to fix Water Hammering put part on. 2 days later water hammering is NOW louder and worse. 2nd plumber came and said water pressure was to high in house. They could of put a Pressure reducing valve on water line coming into house (according to my plumber friend) but they chose to ignore that. Now 300.00 later still same problem. Probably will choose a different plumbing company.

Clean out put in and partial sewer replacement. Company had best estimate out of three. They came out straight away and explained everything in a way I could understand and answered my questions in a way I could understand without being condescending. Technicians were professional.They worked in the time frame allotted and company office communicated when they had to push back due to weather/rain. I had to have them back out for a small leak from a pipe not tightened enough and they were out the next day. Work seems like it was done right.I would hire again. Thanks for taking care of everything.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

Very professional, easy to get same day appointment, Technician Juan provided us with options for our repair at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again for our plumbing and HVAC services.

Water heater went out, he told me to boil water for baths , and he would sell used water heater after his vacation, and charge to install

Promised to call ahead 30 minutes before arriving and did not of course. 500 to flush system with air just to find the gas leak. More to fix. Found another company who quoted 150 to flush before coming out so not stuck with wasted trip fee.

Jim is very professional and certainly takes great pride in performing high quality work. Jim did a very big job for me that included: removing my countertops, sink, and old dishwasher; lifting and installing new countertops; putting in new sink and faucet while also making the garbage disposal more functional; installing new dishwasher; and fixing a clogged drain from my AC unit. Previously, he had also put in a new water heater for me. Jim does a fantastic job and I highly recommend his services.
