Having had a very bad experience with the previous person that installed my water heater, it was refreshing to have a professional like Matt on the job. Very quick response time from the call to them showing up at my door. Technician was nice and professional. At first a leak in the pipe was not found and that required another trip to the store. But everything was fixed and works great! Only complaint would be the cost, which felt very high.

This is the fourth project I've had repaired by Carters. I've been overly pleased each time from the minute the phones are answered until the job is complete and the repairmen walk out the door. They came to pump out our septic tank. They were extremely professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
