Best Sewer Line Clog in Indianapolis IN

Josh Flowers did a great job installing my toilet, replacing a large portion of my vent stack and replacing all drains leading to stack. Called 2 other plumbers who would not move toilet flange rough-in closer to wall to accommodate a 26 inch toilet. This was necessary so the bathroom door would be able clear the front of toilet bowl. Other plumbers suggested getting a bifold door or moving the door. Both of those options would cost more money. Josh also proposed putting a clean-out on the bottom of the stack. He worked very late to complete the job and kept having me check things as the job progressed. Josh was professional and personable. I appreciate his patience in answering all of my questions and concerns. Very reasonably priced for the scope of work. Ladies in the office were very friendly too. Will use Hope Plumbing in the future.

Had Derrick come out to repair a leak in the pipe behind the shower head. Excellent service, very quick and efficient!

Mr. Rooter installed a cleanout in the main sewer line of our 65-year-old house and identified and fixed a broken clay tile pipe between the house and the city sewer. The team used shovels as well as an excavator to minimize the mess associated with the holes that had to be dug in the yard. Mr. Rooter charged less money for the whole project than the “Big Name” competition quoted for the cleanout installation alone. But the best part about this experience was our interaction with the personable, conscientious guys, who exhibited remarkable teamwork and seemed to enjoy their work. We would definitely use them again!

Kevin Steele has been to my house in the past and is extremely polite, professional and helpful. He assessed my plumbing needs and discovered that I am in need of a new water heater. He was able to research when mine was manufactured and it is approximately 18 years old. He was concerned that it could begin leaking and suggested I consider replacing it. We decided to see if I was eligible for financing. Very disappointed with Nick and the office staff. He showed up on Friday to the apartment complex to check on a gas leak. I called their office and spoke to Amanda who said Nick was getting a quote together and I would have it right away. Nick also told this to my leasing agent in our office. Did not hear back from them or receive the quote all weekend and I have a resident with no gas. So I called yesterday to talk with Nick and see when the apartment can be repaired. Doh! They suddenly don't have any record of being at my property and are confused by me calling. Then a real rude woman gets on the phone and says we have no appointments til Friday. Sounds pretty fishy to me. You were in my office on Friday- come see yourself on camera! Very unprofessional!!! I would call Mcneely instead of Gordon's, they are rude and will lie! Mcneelys fixed the leak the same day I called them. So if you want to get the run around call Gordon's! Good luck!

From beginning to end I was extremely impressed with Austin and Mr. Plumber as a company. They arrived on time for both the estimate and the work to be done. They were not pushy with any sales and very knowledgeable. They advised on many aspects I needed to consider with the age of my water heater and certain things that were not up to code. They quoted a fair price in comparison to other estimates I had received. They were quick, kind, and explained to me all they completed when finished.Overall 10/10 would recommend. ?
