My water heater broke last night. Water flooded everywhere. I called Bob around 9pm. I texted him photos and he walked me through shutting everything off so it would be safe for the night. He arrived on time this morning and installed a new water heater. In the process, he reminded me that I needed more water softener salt. I ordered 7 bags online which arrived while he was still here. As he was leaving, he saw the bags and offered to carry them all downstairs for me. He also noticed my broken foot and brought my recycling bin up the driveway for me. Bob went above and beyond- I’m very appreciative!

Will run options with you and is honest. Casey and his wife are so sweet with our dogs too. After working with at least 5 plumbing companies in the past 5 years, I finally found one that I love! After a full night of rain, I awoke to the alarm in my basement going off as water had come up over the pit drain lip. After realizing both my primary and battery backup sump pumps failed I called 24-7. Within a couple hours Zach was at my door and got to work. He explained how everything works while installing my new sump pump. Job was done within about an hour with excellent quality. Obviously you never want to have to call a plumber, but if you do I've got a go-to now.

I have used them for three separate jobs in one location. They do good work, always professional, timely and cost efficient.

Tony and team are always so kind and helpful when working at my home. They helped me completely replace my old corroded pipes with new PVC plumbing and I haven't had an issue since. They also helped me replace plumbing in my garage for my hoses. I trust them to help me with all of my needs, so much so I referred them to my parents who have been using Hellyer for years now.

I’ve had them to the house on more than one occasion and each time they sent knowledgeable plumbers who knew how to do the work. Friendly folks in the main office who schedule you and communicate. They’re my plumbers and you should use them too!

What started out as a positive experience ended up being not so great.

I had a Steve lined up to come today (3/4/19). I felt very comfortable with him and his reviews. I took a half day off of work and was home by 11:45 at the latest. Steve called and texted at 12:04 to say his plumber was on his way and was home? I didn't hear his phone call or text, either because I walked outside to the mailbox at one point or just didn't hear it when I was mopping the floor. I called Steve around thirty minutes after his initial phone call and he curtly told me he sent his worker (his son) to another location. Note: I was home. He said he would send his son out between 12:30 and 1:30, after he finished up with his previous job. He never said he would call ahead of time. I had just texted him pictures of the water damage the previous night (3/3/19) so, obviously, I was going to be home.

There was no excuse for what he did. His reasoning was they always call ahead of time because customers change their minds. That was NEVER mentioned to me.

I was very clear that he was the plumber I wanted to use, and that I was taking a half day off. Obviously, I planned to be home if I texted him on Sunday night at 7:00, showing him pictures of the water damage in my home.

I would never treat a customer like this, and as a result, I would never recommend him to anyone.

From my first, urgent call at 730 am a couple years ago, to now, they are quick to respond and communicate, always professional and friendly. They do a great job, at competitive prices.

They immediately answered the phone after hours and had someone out super fast to fix our leak. He did a great job, was very friendly, professional, wore mask and did appropriate social distancing, and even fixed something else to help prevent another problem from occurring for no extra charge. I would definitely use them again!
