Best Service/Repair in Indianapolis IN

Service was exceptional. The first contact occurred within an hour of my call. Extra parts were needed and the installation was done early the next day. Ricky Crawley was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He cleaned up completely and checked for leaks. This and previous encounters with Hope Plumbing have been quite satisfying.

Great company, they're responsive, reliable and provide quality services. I highly recommend!

WOW! Excellent service by Michael. Highly recommend to anyone. Starting from the initial phone call I made until today when they came out they were incredibly helpful. It’s felt like they were there to helping me solve a problem instead of just charge as a much as possible like MR. PLUMBER.

All we needed was to fix a slow draining sink and Mr. Plumber quoted us $3k+ to cut into a wall and replace some cast iron pipes and all kinds of other stuff. Michael fixed the sink without having to cut into any walls or floor and it all works great now.

I will call Three Kings Plumbing every time for here on out.

Adam and Brett came by to reset a toilet and give me price quotes for a water softener. I had a different company out the prior day. They were honest and told me that half of the things didn’t need to be fixed and provided an affordable price for the needed repairs. It’s so hard to find an honest company and I will call them every time for all future plumbing needs!

Quality service, fair price, personable employee. We called with a problem, and we were quickly scheduled.

Dan came out on time & installed new water heater in a very tight space and replaced old valves. This was not an easy replacement
as we re-inforced the wood base, added a drain pan, re-positioned the valves where they can be easily reached, and removed two un-nessesary valves. Also the exhaust duct had to be modified. Highly recommended.

Called early on a Monday morning. They told me someone could be out within the hour. An hour had just passed when I got a call saying they were running a tad late but the next available person would get to me. 20 mins later a technician is at my door. 30 mins after that my kitchen sink is draining beautifully!!! Great communication and speed !!

We tried to partner with Acme to pump a sewer line out so we could camera inspect. Acme said they would be late for a 3pm appointment and would arrive an hour late. They still never showed. They apologized and said they would get someone out next day. They sent their best at 1230 the next day who told us they couldn't perform the work if it was under 27°. Why wasn't this conveyed at the time of booking?

I had a leak and call Bob The Plumber, he couldn't help do to certain rules and regulations however, he was very professional and I appreciated it.

I am very happy with my service from Reasonable Plumbing! They responded quickly, explained all problems and quoted me the costs beforehand without variance, and explained all my options without pressure. They are professional and pleasant to work with.

We had a burst pipe in our wall this afternoon, I called around to 6 different plumbers, all who wouldn’t come out until the next day because it was later in the day.

I kept calling down the list of plumbers until I got to these guys. Dawn answered the phone and was so sweet and helpful. We had a plumber out here within 30 minutes after I called.

He was very kind and jumped right in and told us the problem. We thought it was going to be hundreds of dollars to repair, and being graduate students that stressed us out, but he had the problem fixed in less than an hour and our bill was an affordable and beautiful relief.

I’m super happy with this company and wouldn’t hesistate to call them again!
