Carlos and Joel came out today to replace our main sewer drain, and they both did a fantastic job! They arrived on time, caused minimal damage to our yard, finished the job two days early, and were several thousand dollars cheaper than competitive quotes. I would definitely use Hope Plumbing again and would recommend them to others!

Very happy with my first experience using this company. Gave me an honest opinion and helped troubleshoot a leak. No sales talk at all. I asked about a water softener and chose to have them install a new unit. They arrived early and installed the new unit, walked me through the use and left the area very clean. Very professional.

Wes came to my house to replace a pressure reducing valve. He called when he was on his way and showed up exactly when he said he would, which was also within the window I originally scheduled. He was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain everything to me and answer questions I had. His work was very neat and of high quality. He even answered other plumbing questions that were outside the scope of his visit. It was a pleasure having Wes and LD Smith Plumbing do our plumbing repairs! Fantastic service! Replaced my water heater quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a very difficult basement to move things in and out of and he was able to replace the water heater with no issues. The entire process of scheduling the appointment and getting Plumbing Doctor out to look at the problem was easy. *update- my husband discovered that they didn’t actually fix the problem and under the sink was once again covered in water.

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

I found Solomn on Thumbtack and could not be more pleased. I am a DIY guy but when it comes to certain tasks, I want to have an expert but not feel like I was overcharged. Reasonable Plumbing was exactly what I wanted. Extremely professional, double checks work and reviews with you to make sure what you asked to be done is and if you are satisfied. They were on time in their narrow window, courteous, polite, and knowledgeable - bottom line is I know the job was done right, for a reasonable price and I would definitely both recommend and have him back out if I have another project or need!

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.
