What a great experience.with Hope Plumbing. The office explained the process and initial trip fee over the phone. I received a text message when Tyler M. was on his way. He listened to what I had to say and with the help of his office devised a plan of action. He presented me 4 potential services solutions. Because he explained what and why he was going to do, it made the decision easy. He worked the plan perfectly. Living 3 hours away, I bought their maintenance plan. You can tell you called a good company when their employees enjoy who they work for. Reasonably priced, great customer service!

The installers were AMAZING! I can't give this review enough stars. They were kind, professional and made sure everything was done right. I will be using Pristine Plumbing in the future and will refer anyone I can.

Had a home built and L.D. Smith Plumbing came highly recommended in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas for any plumbing needs. I had them install a water softener that was recommended by them. Was given estimate prior to plumber showing up to do the work and it never exceeded the original estimate given to me. They contacted me by phone and via text prior to showing up which they were on time. He was very nice and professional and we are very happy with the service they provided. Thank you and if anyone is looking for a good plumber me and my wife highly recommend L.D. Smith Plumbing.

I called to schedule a service call. The lady was nice and very professional, and within a few minutes I received a call-back from the plumber/owner. I told him my issue, and he said he'd be happy to come take a look for $100, but he went on to offer me free advice as to how to troubleshoot the issue myself. I asked several questions, and he took the time to explain exactly what I should do and what I should look for. He was very patient. Lastly, he said to call back if I had any more questions, had any trouble, or wanted him to come over and fix the problem. I'll definitely use Weilhammer again!

I'll start by saying that RotoRooter was not my first choice but I was in a tough position and couldn't reach any other local plumbers, so I went with them because of the convenient online scheduling. Both technicians were very courteous, professional and worked hard to get the job done. I have no issues with them. My reason for the 3 star rating is mainly to do with the front office communication and their pricing. The first technician came out with the equipment necessary to unclog our main sewer line. I didn't realize until after he finished that a second technician had to come out to run a camera through the pipes to inspect for other problems. Why they don't equip or train each technician to do both of these services, even though they're both included in the $650 price I was given, is beyond me. It seems like a big inconvenience for all parties involved. I also had to call the office 3 times to confirm when the second tech would arrive. It made a 2 hour inconvenience, a full day affair. Once the second tech finished his inspection he gave me the bad news that more significant repairs were required and quoted me $4200 to excavate and replace our cleanout. Once he left I quickly got a quote from another local plumber of $2200 and only $1000 if I did the excavation. So half the price for the same work. It's a shame that these big name trade companies take advantage of people in bad situations and who simply don't know any better. I really dislike how the pricing is pulled from a chart, regardless of what it will actually take to get the job done. Why not time and materials? I ended up doing the excavation work myself which took about 4 hours. With proper excavating equipment it probably would have taken 30 minutes. Needless to say, I did not go with RotoRooter to complete the repair and I'll likely never use them again if I have the choice.

Casey responded immediately to my request about a slow leak and was able to schedule me in quickly. He provided proper PPE for the job (face mask and shoe covers) which is a huge plus during the coronavirus pandemic. He explained what was wrong and provided an estimated price, with potential changes depending upon what he found as he began the repair. Very competitive pricing and the job was done within an hour. Cleaned up nicely and everything seems to be working so far. If not, he also offers a one year warranty, so feel safe in using Moon Family Plumbing!

Bill the owner of the company promptly responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes. He asked the appropriate questions to determine my water heater needed to be replaced which I knew was the case. The next day he arrived at the scheduled time and quickly replaced our water heater. He is a true professional and saved us lots of money compared to the quotes we received from the large plumbing companies. We will call Bill for all of our future plumbing needs.

John is the best plumber I have ever came into contact with. He’s very personable cares for his customers and is extremely great on price. He has gone above and beyond for me on two visits now. I will only use him for my plumbing needs. I recommend calling him over any big name plumbing company. He even came out around 11 at night when my basement flooded. Truly a great plumber and even better of a human.

I have used them for three separate jobs in one location. They do good work, always professional, timely and cost efficient.

We used Hellyer to install a new water heater and also to service our water heater a few years later because of hard water build up. Tony was professional and great at explaining everything to me. I think Hellyer provides great quality service at reasonable prices, and we are so thankful to them for their hard work and expertise!

Called them on a Sunday night. Quoted me $250 to clear the main line to the street. $240 was the next best price I could find but I would be 5 hours longer. The technician, Dave, arrived early. He was professional and courteous, cleaned up his mess and got out quickly. I didn't like paying that much for service on a Sunday night, but would call them again if I was in the same situation.

I can’t express how grateful we are with Oscar. He saved us money on repair in 2 occasions! They came right on time and very professional. I highly recommend for anyone in need of plumbing service.

I called P&K to get a second opinion/estimate than my first quote from Mr. Plumber. Not only did P&K come out the same day I called, Sam At P&K fixed my issue the same day AND cut Mr. Plumbers price in HALF!
P&K was right on time and very professional.
I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience I had today.
Btw I had a sink/washer line that had backed up and had multiple bellies in my line.
I’ll always use P&K for my plumbing needs from here on out!

Mike called back within 10 minutes and came right out AFTER HOURS! Didn’t over complicate the situation and gave a super fair price. In and out in less than an hour and cleaned up when he was done. We have our plumber for all things moving forward.

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!
