We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.
They have always been arrived on time, everyone they've sent out has been friendly, efficient, and explain what the situation is, what they will do to repair/replace and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough for all your plumbing needs!

I had a very basic sercie call of replacing a 100A main breaker. I told them what I needed when we set up the service call. The work and customer service was fine. The final price was double what it should have been. Over $400 for less than an hour job and a $70 msrp breaker. Crazy high priced! I had to cancel the rest of my work with this company just due to their prices. Another local electrical company finished the rest of the work for much more respectable prices.

Cameron was very professional, thorough and personable. I will definitely call this company again with any plumbing issues.

They were excellent all the way around. I found them on HomeAdvisor when i had a leaking 2nd floor bathroom that was starting to come through the 1st floor ceiling. They came out the next morning, found the leak, stopped the leak and we set up a time for them to come out and repair the leaking faucet. Great and fast communication all the way through the process.....UPDATE- had to have them come back out this week to fix the faucet they replaced. It was a defect in the faucet handle that caused it to pull off- they came out the next day and had it repaired in about 30 minutes, all under their warrantee

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

Had water heater gas valve replaced,still under warranty, and two furnaces tuned up.Adam found both in good shape for now.He showed a few parts that were on low end of efficiency and should be replaced in near future at my convenience. Was kept informed of everything during the job.

Offers a septic Tank pump out. Their prices start at $350.00 for the first 1000gal. There are less expensive honey dippers out there!

I have never seen such a big rip off company than this.
The company sent a technician to check my heating unit.
The technician informed me the filter needed to change (he did not have a filter) and adjusted the gas pressure. It took him less than 15 minutes. He did not even bring any tools with him.
I got billed for $229. I am still very sore about it and I am never going to conduct any business with this comapny
