They were readily available. I called on Thursday and they were at my home on Friday early and on time .Very friendly . I used this company a year ago , the technician that came out at that time name Mike at least that's what I wrote down.The Bill was reasonable and he did a few little extras. He was the reason I called again this year, but I didn't get him this time i got Curt. They were there to check the furnace and AC .He check the furnace and said it needed a new gas valu that would cost 500 dollars. He replaced a starter cap on the AC that he said was new, I didn't see a box or any paper that it came in, said it was defected and causing the fan slow to start. Said the AC required at least 4 lbs of refrigent in order to operate.Trip charge $80.00 , labor $120.00, cap starter $40.00, refriget $200.00.I posted this review because I wanted others to be aware that nice and friendly is great and always a plus ,but what you really want to look for is honesty ,trustworthy and good service, and I don't feel like I got that this time.
