Jeff was very courteous. He worked on our washer pipe that was vibrating from the washer being run--water hammer noise --and looked at our garbage disposal and found it working OK. He checked our water heater and found it OK.

Kyle was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Got the job done and cleaned up his mess as well. I highly recommend this company.

The girls in the office that scheduled the service were so friendly and helpful! The guys that came out to install our lights went to Lowes for us to pick up light blubs because we forgot to get them prior to them coming. They were very friendly and very quick! We had water dripping from the second floor into the first floor. We were highly concern about the problem. We needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called like 12 plumbers, and none could help us (2 plumbers told me that they could fix it in two weeks, 2 plumbers stood us up, and 8 plumbers never returned our calls). So I went on google and found Indianapolis Plumbing Services. He answered my call right away. He told me was doing a job on the other side of Indianapolis but that he would come see the problem when he was done. He came that same night around 8PM. He told me what the problem was and told me he could come fix it the next morning, which was Saturday morning. It was a priority for us to get it fixed. He finished the whole job on Saturday. He did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, and quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

I have never seen such a big rip off company than this.
The company sent a technician to check my heating unit.
The technician informed me the filter needed to change (he did not have a filter) and adjusted the gas pressure. It took him less than 15 minutes. He did not even bring any tools with him.
I got billed for $229. I am still very sore about it and I am never going to conduct any business with this comapny
