I was at my sister-in-laws home when Edward came to check for a leakHe crawled into the crawl space but couldn't get to the area as it was a tight area. He called a fellow worker, Tyler, who came just a short time later and he was able to get to the area. They were both very courteous and friendly. I HIGHLY Recommend this company and will tell my friends and family. Also the company sent pictures of who was coming which I feel was very nice.

We have used Pristine several times in the last couple years and have always been appreciate of how straight-forward and honest the folks who've come to the house have been, along with the fact that they give several levels of options depending on the work to be performed.

Most recently, Ronnie came out to fix several issues with pipes off of our water heater after another company who we'd used in an emergency fell short and left us high and dry (pun intended). I learned that he's a service manager and doesn't normally make calls, but was out out today along with the owners to help the team catch up after a busy holiday weekend after drastically cold temps that caused lots of plumbing issues. This spoke volumes to me, especially given that they were able to come out day of, after another company did shoddy work and pushed us to the next day three times. This is an excellent example of leadership.

Overall, I highly recommend this local company who truly exemplify customer service. We'll never make the mistake of calling anyone else again!

Great company

After getting two quotes for much more extensive (unneeded) repair, a neighbor recommended Hellyer. They addressed only the issue at hand and replaced the leaking pipe without any major demolition or remodel. The overall price was about 1/4 of what the other companies quoted, not counting what would have been necessary remodeling. We are so grateful we heard about them in time and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Jerrad was AMAZING! He was thorough, thoughtful, pleasant, knowledgeable and very kind. Unknowingly, my tub was pouring out water into the tub all night and the handle couldn't shut it off. While here, I asked him questions about how I could fix my toilet (that ran for 6 minutes per flush) and the garbage disposal (that had a leak). But, with that info. I realized it was beyond my realm of ability to do the necessary work. He was fast and efficient in returning my home to a fully functional state of operation. I can’t rave enough about second opinion plumbing! They’re honest about the issue and affordable. Initially, I had a different company come out and tell me a whole line needed replaced immediately because it was broken and bellied, charging almost $10k. Shocked and afraid it would back into the house, I almost signed that paper! BUT. Luckily, I called for a second opinion at Second Opinion Plumbing. The line didn’t need replaced at all, it wasn’t broken or bellied. Rob at Second Opinion Plumbing saved me over $9,000. I’m so so thankful! I sound like a commercial on tv lol but it’s true!!! Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.
