I called yesterday for an urgent issue with my outside spigot. They said someone would be out the next day between 8 and noon. Leon was here by around 9 AM and got to work. He had the entire job done and cleaned up in about 3 hours. He did excellent work, and it is warranted for a year. I will definitely be calling Hope (and asking for Leon) again for my future needs. Excellent work.

Mark came over first. He was prompt and professional. He was knowledgeable about my issue and assured me they could do the job and gave me a quote before sending out the project professional who will be coming out later the same day! This is during the Covid19 he was wearing a face mask. I appreciated that very much.Eric came a few hours later to fix my spigot and had to put a hole in my wall and put in an access panel. He did not have a mask or gloves but we kept a fair distance and I was not uncomfortable. Eric was friendly and fast and told me step by step what he was doing. I was even given a choice about where to put the access panel and I appreciated that. The quote I was given was accurate and the mess that was made was cleaned up. I will definitely call Benjamin Franklin again if I have any future issues. As a matter of fact, I would specifically ask for Mark and Eric!

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

I have rarely in my life left a survey, but in this case I felt it was necessary when it came to a company being out right dishonest. We are in the process of selling our house. 2 other reputable companies told us that the roof was repairable and had significant service life left, At least 5 years. This company stated that the roof was beyond repair and said that the whole roof needed replaced. If you want to be taken advantage of and work with a dishonest company who is only worried a paycheck then this is the company for you.

I used this plumbing company today. The man lacked professionalism. My appointment was at 2:00p.m. he came at 4:00p.m. I had to call him and ask what time did he think he was coming? When he arrived he knocked twice and let himself in my home. He didn't speak at all ugh
