Given an estimate of $200-400 over the phone for installation of a pump. 2 plumbers showed up later that day (prompt!) telling me that minimum was $700 and that was a bargain. Sent them packing. Got it done later that day for $275 from another plumber. These guys are expensive and sneaky on pricing.

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues. I'm terrible with names but the nickname of the team who installed a new heating and cooling system for us last week sticks with me: the Baby Face Team. You guys were awesome!!! They installed new heating and AC systems in our home. The techs were extremely professional and knowledgeable, have excellent people skills, and we couldn't be happier with the systems and service. I especially love that they tested the heating system before leaving despite being summertime. Most companies will not do this and make customers wait until they need to use the heat to discover that there is an issue. It only takes a couple minutes and it's not as if you will die of heatstroke, so it's wonderful having the confidence that when fall is upon us I know my new heating system will work. The company is fantastic and the 2 guys they sent to do the work are an asset they don't want to lose.

Mark is a Lifesaver! I called mister quick and they said they couldn't get my kitchen sink drain clear. They said they would need a specialist to come out with a camera and then give me more options and they wouldn't be able to do that for a couple days!
I called Mark at Drain Busters and he was confident that he could get it clear and he did! He got to my house right away, did a very thorough job, worked very quickly, and all for a better price than the big retail plumbers.
Not only did he do a great job on my plumbing, but when I was about to leave the house, my whole tire fell off from my ball joints breaking. Mark was still there and stayed with me calling tow trucks and sent me to a repair shop he knows about. He even drove me to the repair shop and to an auto parts store to get the parts.

Told me I didnt have a leak and needed a new water softener, which they sold me. 2 weeks later, no hot water. Came back out and said I had a leak. Leak detection tells me that I had the leak all along and that I didnt need a new water heater.
