Best Plumbing Leak Detection in Indianapolis IN

I found the leak at noon called around 12:30. They were out by 1:15, new water heater installed by 5 pm. The plumbers that came out were terrific and knowledgeable. Very glad I used them.

Pristine Plumbing did such an excellent job at my house. Really had an extensive gas leak in the house lines and Pristine was on the job until the end. Even after problems with lines persisted, Pristine made sure they had done everything to make sure I had hot water and heat. I thank Ron, Mitch, Dereck and the rest of the Pristine Team. Thx

Atta Boy came out to my house this morning to check for a possible gas leak. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in quality of service. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They will definitely be my go to for future calls.

Although I do appreciate the timeliness of their person coming out, I feel like the person was more of a salesman than an actual technician. He talked so fast, I barely understood what he was saying. He came in, looked at my water heater, clicked a button and then tried to tell me what needed to be done. I just felt rushed into the decision. I am getting a second opinion.

I emailed three plumbers for a price quote. I received a call back, estimate, ETA for the appointment time, and they fixed my issue, all before the other two plumbers contacted me. I would recommend them.

Scheduled my appt on their website using their chat app. Very nice. I was helped online and then told someone would call me to schedule the appt. They did so promptly. My appt was schedule between 10:00am and 12:00. My tech called before he arrived (about 25mins) to let me know he was on the way. He arrived a little before 10:00 which was great. I needed an outdoor water spigot repaired. I also wanted a price on a main shutoff valve (I didn't know if I had one or not). The tech (Todd) showed me how to shut the water off at the street - then he explained what he needed to do to fix the spigot before providing me with a quote. I was a little shocked at the price -but I needed it done. He completed his work under the house - installed a new spigot and when he was done informed me that I did indeed have a main shut off and told me where to find it. That saved me a bunch. His work comes with a 5 yr warranty. It may have been a bit more than I expected - but I may just be naive on plumber pricing. All in all - good experience. Glad I got the job done.

If you need a plumber call this guy. Mark really helped me out in a pinch and fixed my problem within a couple hours of my call. His pricing was fantastic, clean cut nice guy, very knowledgeable. He was very helpful over the phone, way more than the other 5 plumbers I talked to. He went above and beyond with the little things in addition to the actual repair we requested, can't say enough positive things about this company I will definitely use the next time we have a problem.

Aaron was fantastic in getting our drain cleaned out. He was very friendly towards my children and pets.

Not to mention, Sarah in the office was such a huge help. They were booked a few days out, but when another job finished up sooner than planned, they called me back to schedule a same day visit.

Bob was at my house less than two hours after I called him. I had what could potentially have been an expensive problem. Bob found a way to get the job done without going the more expensive route. Great work, reasonable rates, friendly guy. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

I am so glad to have found this company. They are knowledgeable, fair, worked with some challenges in dealing with the water company and provided excellent customer service. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The service manager, Doug, is just about the rudest individual I have ever met. They did the plumbing on our 3 year old home when it was built, and we have had nothing but problems. Most recent, a broken water heater. My husband calls and tells the receptionist what's going. She said it should be covered under warranty. Doug gets to our home and says $250. I begin to ask questions and apparently that was the wrong thing to do. He immediately gets combative and defensive. It's no wonder our homebuilder broke ties with this company. They are unprofessional, rude, supply poor quality material and shoddy work. Steer clear of of this company.
