Seth was very nice and checked all of our pipes, along with the toilet. He explained the services that are included in my membership and set up our next appointment before he left. Great company with super nice staff! :)

Mitch was great! He was on time and installed a Saltless Water Softener for my home. He answered all of my questions regarding the process and took pride in his work. I will use Pristine Plumbing again based on the professional customer service and work quality.

We had an intermittent leak above our ceiling. Another plumbing company came out twice and couldn’t find it. 3 Kings came out same day and actually found two separate pinhole pipe leaks, fixed both of them, and cleaned everything up before they left.

They were prompt and found the issue pretty quickly. Will use them again.

I trust Paul. My father was a master plumber who owned his business and worked in many fine homes. Plumbing is not something to skimp on. Plumbing failures can be awful. Paul is both knowledgeable and efficient. I
followed him over from Johnson Controls since he was their most experienced man. A house isn’t worth much to me if the plumbing doesn’t work properly.

After nearly a week of not being able to use my kitchen sink faucet, in a matter of minutes, Jake had it replaced, everything repaired and ready to use the kitchen sink again. Thanks so much.

Could not be happier with our experience with L.D. Smith! Our kitchen sink was leaking but we couldn’t quite figure out the issue ourselves. Our technician, Joey, was prompt, knowledgeable, and so friendly. He showed us the problems and gave us all of our options - once we decided on a game plan, he returned within days to install a new garbage disposal and faucet. Everything works like new, and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this company!

Jeff explained upfront what he needed to do, and what the cost would be. Then he proceeded to clean out a clog in the kitchen sink and washing machine drain that was a locates a long distance down the drain pipe. Very happy with the expertise, and professionalism exhibited by Jeff.

Rude when I didn't accept a outrageous quote

I have used Hamm & Sons Inc for multiple plumbing needs including emergency plumbing service as well as new plumbing installation. I have had them fix a toilet and sink and install a new water softener and basement bathroom. All service calls have been handled very quickly and efficiently. All new installations are very professional and within or under budget. I would not hesitate to call Hamm & Sons for any of my plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional plumbing services.

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

The technician’s Gage & Jennifer were super kind and worked diligently in problem solving to get my house back on track. I appreciate their honesty and compassion. 5 stars!

I thought Brandon did a great job and provided great feedback as to what my ac system was doing and what needed to change. I was just upset with the website not clarifying one of ac tune up items. It said Check refrigerant levels (add fluid if needed). Didn’t specify that it would be an additional cost just reads as if they were going to add some while they checked. Also, not that it’s Brandon’s fault but if I needed to add refrigerant he wouldn’t of been able to do so. It would of required another employee.

Avery did an excellent job replacing our toilet and shut off valve!
